Macadamia Natural Oil Healing Oil Treatment (125ml, around £24, link)
Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque (250ml, around £18, link)

I was first introduced to the haircare brand, Macadamia Natural Oil, through beauty boxes and I loved using my samples.  I'd managed to accumulate a few more through swaps and eBay, but the time finally came to purchase the full sizes.

Macadamia Natural Oil Healing Oil Treatment
I've spoken of my love of this hair oil a couple of times and I rate it more than Moroccan Oil (plus it's cheaper too!).  I decided to get the 125ml bottle which comes with a handy, easy to dispense pump.  I use about a 10p size amount each time I use it, so a little definitely goes a long way.  I mainly use this after washing my hair and before blowdrying or straightening.  It helps to protect against the heat and also smoothes out any frizz at the same time.  You can also use it on dry hair to keep ends looking healthy and lengths looking sleek.  Although my hair is naturally very dry to start with, I have found that using this hair oil, a few times a week if I'm using heat, really helps to stop it getting damaged.  I also find that I don't get any residue buildup when I use this either.

Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque
To compliment the oil treatments, I like to use the accompanying Deep Repair Masque once a week to keep my hair in tip top condition.  If I'm going out with friends etc, I'll use this the night or morning before and it makes my hair feel so soft and smooth, with a healthy shine to it.  Like the oil, you only need a small amount of this each time you use it.  If my hair is feeling particularly dry or has been frazzled by too much sun, I find this more effective if you apply it to freshly shampooed, towel-dried hair, wrap it up in a hair turban and leave it on for 30mins before rinsing out.  Hello shiny, healthy looking hair!

Do you use Macadamia Natural Oil hair products?  What was the last full size you bought after sampling it first?

    1. I probably use the oil more than you're supposed to throughout the week and have never had any issues with product build up yet, unlike another hair oil *cough, cough MOROCCAN!* xx

  6. Lovely post hun, I haven't actually heard of these products before but they sound great and I adore the packaging. The oil treatment sounds like the perfect product for me at the moment, I like that this comes with a pump as well because I find a lot of the times with oil products you can end up putting too much on your hand and apply too much product so your hair can end up really oily which sucks :(

    1. That's one of the problems that I always had with Moroccan Oil, even the big bottles are just the pouring ones. Definitely prefer the pump with the Macadamia one because I find it dispenses just the right amount that I need each time :) xxx

  10. Do you think I should buy the deep repair masque or the healing oil?

    1. Try the healing oil first and see how you get on with it. The mask is fantastic, but it's something that I find has much better results when you use it with the healing oil. Hope that helps! x
