Introducing: Wild Pharmacy - Skincare Review

Tuesday 31 August 2021

There is a wealth of natural beauty brands to discover from the Nordic countries, and I've recently been trialling several products from the Finish brand, Wild Pharmacy.

Adding a pop of contemporary colour to my vanity table, Wild Pharmacy are a mid-priced, cruelty-free skincare company from Finland that specialises in wild foraged natural and organic ingredients.

They also have a whole ethos about encouraging individuals to see themselves as whole, and they promote mental health awareness with positive quotes on their packaging to help build self-confidence. In addition, the brand supports campaigns and projects related to anti-bullying, particularly cyberbullying of young people, with a Gen Z focus on health and mental wellbeing.

I was delighted to receive a package of their products to test out from LoveLula who stock Wild Pharmacy on their website, making them readily available to UK consumers - yay!

Wild Pharmacy Good Things Happen Superfood Vital Mask* (50ml, £19, link)
I'm an avid face mask fan so let's start with the Good Things Happen Superfood Vital Mask. Suitable for all skin types, this cream-based face mask helps to rejuvenate and brighten the complexion, reducing redness and irritation, whilst generating a smoother finish. Packed full of antioxidants, it protects against free radicals, maintains moisture levels and boosts elasticity - I love it! Best of all, it's a quick and easy 15-minute treatment - apply to clean skin and then rinse off.

Wild Pharmacy Clear & Glowing Gentle Face Cleanser* (150ml, £17.50, link)
If you're in the market for a gentle, soothing gel cleanser, this needs to be added to your shopping list ASAP. The Clear & Glowing Gentle Face Cleanser does what it says on the bottle, removing all traces of dirt and impurities, without stripping or drying out the skin. It feels very refreshing to use and I'd definitely recommend it as a morning cleanser to wake up your skin.

Wild Pharmacy Rock Star Mild Facial Peeling Gel* (50ml, £19, link)
With finely milled Walnut Shell and Activated Charcoal powder, this Rock Star Mild Facial Peeling Gel offers a gentle exfoliation in a soothing gel base of Aloe Vera juice and Peach Kernel Oil. Great for clogged pores, the charcoal element acts like a magnet to draw out and absorb impurities, so you get smoother, clearer looking skin after just the first use.

Wild Pharmacy Healing Meditation Calming Serum* (30ml, £19.50, link)
A high quality calming serum is a staple in my skincare routine and I've been really enjoying using the Healing Meditation Calming Serum which ticks all the right boxes. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, it has an ultra-soothing formula of well known calming natural extracts such as  Chamomile and Calendula to quickly bring down any inflammation or redness in the skin.

Wild Pharmacy Cool And Calm Hydrating Face Mist* (150ml, £17.50, link)
Who doesn't love a refreshing cooling face mist?! Although we haven't been blessed with much of a summer this year, this Cool And Calm Hydrating Face Mist is still a very useful purchase for anyone who has sensitive, reactive or oily skin and can, of course, be used all year round. Not only does this toner revitalise tired skin, but it also hydrates and rebalances for a happier complexion overall.

August Empties: Products I've Used Up

Monday 30 August 2021

The end of the month is rolling around yet again, so it's time for another Empties post! Like last month, I've been trying to declutter some more travel-size products, alongside some familiar everyday items.

Kiss The Moon Love After Dark Pillow Mist* (travel size)
Everything from Kiss The Moon smells incredible and it was a real pleasure to use this pillow mist which has a blend of rose, frankincense, and ylang ylang essential oils to help you unwind. Heavenly! Repurchase? I'm using one from Neals Yard Remedies at the moment, but I have no doubt I'll return to this in the near future.

Aveda Shampure Dry Shampoo
Since Covid happened, I haven't been using much dry shampoo at all thanks to WFH life, so this has lasted me probably about two years. I believe Aveda has repackaged/renamed it since then, however, the formula remains the same and it's one of the best that I've ever tried. Repurchase? Yes.

Laidbare Butter Me Up Body Butter*
Another product that has taken me a long time to finish up has been this big tub of body butter from Laidbare. I love the rich and heady fragrance, and the light texture just sinks into the skin quickly. Perfect to use after a long soak in the bath. Repurchase? Yes.

Weleda Wild Rose Creamy Body Wash* (travel size)
If you have dry skin, you must try these body washes from Weleda because they are SO good! I've used them for years the Wild Rose scent is still one of my favourites. Repurchase? Will do.

Salcura Bioskin Zeoderm Skin Repair Moisturiser
Ideal for skin that's prone to eczema, dermatitis, and/or psoriasis, I highly recommend the Salcura range if you're looking to avoid harsh chemicals like steroids as most of their range is 97-99% natural. This is another product that I always have in my skincare stash for when my eczema flareups and it still works a treat after all these years. Repurchase? Already have!

Tropic Skin Shade Tinted Facial Sun Cream SPF50 in Light/Medium*
I haven't been wearing much makeup over the past year, so for sunny days, I've just been slapping on this as an easy, fuss-free base. It gives a good light coverage and doesn't make me look super shiny, plus it's a proper facial sunscreen with the tint added to the water-resistant formula, rather than a tinted moisturiser with a teeny bit of sunscreen thrown in. Repurchase? Definitely will next Summer.

Omorovicza Cleansing Foam (travel size)
Despite it being a famous cult cleanser, I wasn't too keen on this and felt like it left my skin feeling a bit sticky/tacky afterwards, no matter how much I rinsed the residue away with a flannel. Not for me. Repurchase? No.

Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask (travel size)
The Omorovicza cleansing mask is a completely different story though - I loved it! Although the sample pot was for only one use, it made my complexion look and feel instantly clearer and smoother. Repurchase? Definitely on my shopping list.

Tropic Illuma Light Diffusing Concealer in Brûlee*
For a natural, cruelty-free, and vegan-friendly undereye concealer, Tropic's Illuma Light Diffusing Concealers are simply amazing. They conceal dark circles beautifully without creasing into fine lines and always make me look much more awake than I actually am - a great 'cheat' product when you haven't had much sleep. Repurchase? Yes.

L'Occitane Shea Hand Cream (travel size)
Last, but not least, I finished up a mini hand cream from L'Occitane. I used to use these all the time but sadly there is the issue of L'Occitane no longer being cruelty-free due to selling in China, so I'm just using up what I have left. Repurchase? No.

What have you used up recently?

Friday 27 August 2021

The Bank Holiday weekend has arrived, and I've teamed up with Bioglan Superfoods to make two of their super easy-to-follow recipes for some tasty healthy treats that you can share with your friends and family.

Superfood Powder Blends
If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I love making things like smoothies and baking healthy sweet treats, and you guys know how much I love a good superfood blend! Bioglan Superfoods have an impressive range to choose from, and their superfood powder blends are so versatile and easy to add to any recipe for a big health boost.

They kindly sent me two vegan-friendly blends to try out recently; Cacao Boost and Superberries, and let me tell you - these are delicious!

Bioglan Superfoods Cacao Boost* (70g, £9.99, link)

Cacao Boost is for all you chocolate fans out there. Featuring an organic mix of Cacao Powder, Lucuma Powder, Hemp Protein Powder, and Maca Powder, each 10g serving gives you a good source of Copper, Manganese, and Magnesium, to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It has a sweet malty, chocolatey caramel flavour so it lends itself well to baking and can be used as a healthy substitute for cocoa powder in things like muffins, brownies and cupcakes. Yum!

Cacao Boost Portable Porridge Squares (makes 12)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 50g hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 375ml almond or oat milk
  • 225g oats
  • 60ml maple syrup

  • Once cool, slice into squares - enjoy!

Bioglan Superfoods Superberries* (70g, £9.99, link)

For a fruity treat, you can't beat awesome Superberries. Specially formulated to support your immune system, this blend has a superstar lineup of berries such as Goji, Açai, Blueberry, Acerola Cherry, Strawberry, Redcurrant, Montmorency Cherry, Pomegranate and Bilberry, plus Beetroot for even more antioxidants. Needless to say, each 10g serving contains a whopping 80% of your RDA of Vitamin C and 25% each of Vitamin K, Folic Acid, Magnesium, and Manganese.

Superberries tastes a little tart which means it's great in smoothies or added to pancake batter and fruity breakfast muffins. You can also try it in this delicious Parfait recipe.

Superberries Parfait (serves 10)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1.5kg Greek yoghurt or a dairy-free alternative

  • 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries

Method
  • Line a loaf tin with cling film.
  • Add the mashed bananas to a large bowl and then stir in the yoghurt with the maple syrup.
  • Add the frozen berries and Superberries powder, stirring until combined.
  • Pour into the loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze for at least 6 hours until set.
  • Before serving, leave the parfait out to stand for 15-20 mins, remove from the tin and peel off the cling film.
  • Top with fresh berries if desired, slice and serve - enjoy!

Green Beauty: LoveLula Beauty Box - August 2021 review

Thursday 26 August 2021

This month's LoveLula Beauty Box is worth a whopping £71 and features a mix of high-end, green beauty brands. I always love the variation in these subscription boxes! Curious to find out more? Here's a rundown of all the products inside.

Terre Verdi Balancing Mist (RRP £9)

A refreshing facial mist is always a winner during the summer months and they don't come much more revitalizing than this Balancing Mist from Terre Verdi. It contains lots of lovely skin-calming anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which makes it a handy skincare hero for problematic complexions.

Ooh! Oils Of Heaven Blackcurrant Face Oil (RRP £19)

Another useful skin soother is this wonderful Ooh! Oils Of Heaven Blackcurrant Face Oil. I imagine most skin types will love this, but it's particularly beneficial for helping with uneven skin tones and for reducing any inflammation or flare-ups. A clever miracle worker thanks to the high antioxidant content of those superstar blackcurrants.

Butterwhips Warmly Relaxing Body Butter (RRP £18)

I'm a big fan of Butterwhips, having previously reviewed them a few months ago, so I was really happy to discover a big tin of their bestselling Warmly Relaxing Body Butter. The texture of this body butter has a lovely thick, rich, typically whipped allure that simply melts into the skin, delivering intense moisture. I'll be saving this to use during winter when my body feels drier as it's very moisturising!

INIKA Lip & Cheek Cream in Morning (RRP £25)

The star of this month's box for me personally is this gorgeous INIKA Lip & Cheek Cream in the shade Morning. It has a silky-soft formula that blends easily into cheeks for a healthy flush of colour and adds a simple dewy finish to lips. Fuss-free makeup at its finest and excellent quality as always from INIKA

LoveLula Beauty Box* is a monthly subscription box priced at £13.95 with free postage in the UK. Visit lovelula.com to find out more.

Summer Beauty: 3 Easy Steps To Get A Natural Summer Glow

Tuesday 24 August 2021

Self-tanning products are the only way to get a natural, healthy tan this Summer and the green beauty world has so many different options to choose from. Here are three of my favourites to check out.

Step One: Always Exfoliate First
To get a smooth and even finish all over, it's important to exfoliate first before you apply any self-tanning products. If your existing fake tan is starting to peel and wear off, you can use Rose & Caramel Purity Excel 3 Minute Miracle Self Tan Removing Scrub* (200ml, £19.99, link) to gently buff away all previous traces. This stuff really is a miracle worker thanks to a combination of natural pearlite and advanced ingredients which makes it fast and easy to remove all brands of fake tan - just make sure you leave it on for at least three minutes before rinsing away to allow time for it to work its dissolving magic.

Step Two: Choose Your Self-Tan Lotion
For beginners or those who are nervous about using fake tan, I would recommend opting for a gradual self-tanning lotion because these are virtually fool-proof to use and they give you a gorgeous, natural-looking finish so you needn't worry about any crazy orangeness! I'm a big fan of Mádara Self Tan Milk* (150ml, £27.50, link) which comes in a light-to-medium sunkissed tone for the body. It has a lovely, non-sticky, easily absorbed texture which is similar to a body lotion. Apply all over to clean, dry skin and the tan will gradually develop over the next 4-6 hours and lasts up to five days.

Step Three: Don't Forget Your Face
If you're an SPF fanatic like me, you'll find that your complexion will probably look quite pale against your newly tanned body so this is where a dedicated facial self-tanner comes in. Specially formulated for the face, these products will generally feature a different blend of ingredients to prevent your skin getting clogged up, so it's worth investing in one purely for your face. I love Green People Gradual Tan Moisturiser* (50ml, £17.50, link) which is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone. This daily moisturiser can be applied first thing for a gentle sunkissed glow all year round.

What are your favourite self-tanning products?

Health & Lifestyle: Start Your Day with Theenk Morning Glory Tea

Wednesday 18 August 2021

I'm always on the lookout for new healthy teas to incorporate into my daily routine and my latest discovery comes from the London-based brand, Theenk

Theeknk Tea slid into my DMs over on Instagram a little while back and very kindly sent me one of their exciting herbal tea blends to try. This brand has been creating a buzz recently with their award-winning 21-day herbal tea programme which has been designed to help support healthy brain function and mental wellbeing - something that I'm sure you'll agree we could all benefit from after nearly 18 months in lockdown.

Whilst the programme contains all three of their expert tea blends, you can also purchase these individually so I thought it would be a great idea to share my personal favourite which is called Morning Glory.

I'm a night owl and mornings are just not my thing. It always takes me a good hour or so to properly wake up, which is perhaps why I was immediately drawn to this Morning Glory tea.

Composed of just six natural herbal ingredients, Morning Glory features an interesting selection of carefully chosen nootropics, adaptogens and natural stimulants to help your mind to focus, improve your mood (essential for anyone who feels a bit grumpy first thing!), and provides a gentle energy boost to support you to get ready for a productive day.

These superstar ingredients are; Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola, Yerba Mate, Jiaogulan, Rosemary and Tulsi, with each making up an equal share of the blend for a potent cuppa. It tastes strongly herbal in a similar manner to green tea, but without any bitterness. I was actually quite surprised by this as it's got a lovely smooth finish on the palate.

After drinking it every morning for the past 21 days, I can confirm that it lives up to its claims and does give you that extra mental clarity that you need to start getting on with your day. I shall be ordering another box ASAP!

Theenk Morning Glory Tea* (21 compostable teabags, £12.99) is available from theenk-tea.com

What do you drink in the morning?

Introducing: Naturecan Beauty - CBD Skincare

Sunday 15 August 2021

You're probably already familiar with the benefits of taking CBD Oil as a dietary supplement, but did you know that it's also a useful and effective natural ingredient to look out for in your skincare?

Despite discussing the many health benefits of CBD Oil on here over the past few years, it's only been fairly recently that I've properly started to explore some of the brands that are utilising this ingredient in their skincare products. One such brand is Naturecan, which has a whole range dedicated to just CBD-infused skincare on its website.

Why does CBD do in skincare?

Naturecan use carefully selected broad-spectrum CBD Oil that is grown and extracted in Oregon, USA to ensure their high-quality standards can be met. Their unique process uses whole-plant extraction to maximize the CBD concentration, whilst also filtering out any substances that aren't required. The final formulas are then tested for certified quality via a third-party lab. Needless to say, everything is vegan, GMO, and parabens-free, as well as containing no THC.

CBD Oil is an antioxidant-rich natural ingredient so it can help to fend off free radicals which cause premature skin ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles when it's added to skincare products. It also has anti-inflammatory properties so is ideal for sensitive skin and skin types that are prone to redness.

Always intrigued to try something new and to see what all the hype is about, I dived straight into a box of Naturecan Beauty products as soon as it arrived last month - here are my thoughts!

Naturecan Restore Hand Cream* (30ml, £18, link)
With 100mg of CBD and plenty of nourishing and soothing plant-based natural ingredients such as Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Cocoa Butter, and Vitamin E, the Restore Hand Cream does what it says on the tube and is a must-try for anyone who has dry or cracked hands. The rich texture absorbs easily without any greasy feeling.

Naturecan Hydrate Moisturiser* (30ml, £25, link)
The perfect daily facial moisturiser for sensitive skin types, the Hydrate Moisturiser is packed full of antioxidants to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, whilst Hyaluronic Acid and 100mg of CBD is included to boost the skin further. Aloe Vera and Squalane Oil also offer additional skin-soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits. Glides on and makes a great base for makeup so I like to apply it in the mornings.

Naturecan Purify Clay Mask* (50ml, £30, link)
A high-quality purifying clay mask is an essential in my weekly skincare routine and this one from Naturecan ticks all the right boxes. Formulated with CosGreen Green Clay and Vanatrual Bentonite Clay to draw out impurities, this is a brilliant facial treatment for blemish-prone skin types. Unlike other clay masks which can leave the skin feeling dry and stripped, Naturecan has included Aloe Vera juice, CBD, and Hemp Seed Oil to help put the moisture back in for a smoother and more comfortable clear complexion result.

Naturecan Nourish Multi-Use Balm* (30ml, £20, link)
You guys know how much I love a multi-purpose beauty balm and I've been really impressed by this one! With a blend of 100mg CBD, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Chia Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Oil and Vitamin E, the Nourish Multi-Use Balm is a seriously intensive skin-loving product that repairs, protects and hydrates any dry skin areas that need some TLC. Apply it everywhere and anywhere!

Naturecan Care & Protect Lip Balm* (4.5g, £8, link)
Although you can use the Nourish Multi-Use Balm on dry chapped lips, if you'd prefer just a standalone lip balm as a cheaper option, Naturecan has got you covered with their Care & Protect Lip Balm. It has added Vitamin E and natural UV protection so you really can't go wrong.

Naturecan very kindly included a sample of their Broad Spectrum CBD Oil 3% which has a refreshing Spearmint flavour so it's more palatable when taken under the tongue. The tincture contains 240 drops and the recommended daily dosage is 10 drops, to start with, so if you're new to the world of CBD Oil, this is a good one to try out.

Sustainable Periods with WUKA Period Pants & Sea + Flo Menstrual Cup #SustainableLifestyle

Wednesday 11 August 2021

Let's talk about periods. They're not much fun and they can be uncomfortable and annoying at the best of times, and horribly painful at the worst, yet nearly half the population experiences them every month. One way to make periods more comfortable is to switch your menstruation products from disposable plastic pads and tampons, to comfy period pants and menstrual cups. The environment will thank you as well!

We've all seen the factual memes and awful images of the ever-growing plastic pollution problem that is damaging our oceans and the environment. Much of the focus of this has been on disposable, single-use plastic products that we use every day, but it's only been fairly recently that awareness has been made of all the disposable menstruation products that are clogging up our rivers and beaches too.

I started my periods when I was 11 years old and back then, things like period pants, reusable pads/cloths, and menstrual cups weren't readily available, so like everyone else's family that had young girls, my mum went to Boots and bought me a packet of sanitary pads. It's scary to think of just how many pads and tampons I've used since then, and how many are languishing in landfill sites all around the world still decomposing right now.

But it's never too late to change and make a difference, so ladies, if you're reading this, it's time to say goodbye to disposable pads and tampons and embrace sustainable periods! There are so many different reusable options available nowadays, and I wanted to share just two that have helped me to make the switch.

WUKA Ultimate Bikini Briefs (from £17.99, link)

When I first began researching period pants, there was one brand that kept coming up time and time again and so many friends and family members have recommended them to me, so now it's my turn to rave about them! WUKA (which stands for 'Wake Up Kick Ass') has the best range IMO and they are wonderfully ethical with a strong focus on education to break the taboo around periods, body positivity, inclusivity and female empowerment in general. Their period pants are made from sustainable and plant-friendly materials which are responsibly sourced, and they're delivered in plastic-free packaging.

I absolutely love their Ultimate Bikini Briefs which are made from organic cotton and come in a range of sizes from 2XS to 4XL. These period pants completely replace the need for pads or tampons and hold 15ml of period flow so they can be worn for up to 8 hours. After use, simply pop them in the washing machine as normal without any fabric conditioner, hang them out on the washing line to dry, and then re-use again and again!

They are SO comfortable to wear and I had no issues with leaks or odours. They do run a little on the small side so I'd recommend going up a size when ordering. Also available in packs of 3 and 5, and with different flow options to suit your needs.

Sea + Flo Menstrual Cup* (£25, link)

If you're a tampon wearer, you'll probably prefer a menstrual cup and these really are such a great eco-friendly option as they can last up to 10 years with the correct care. They're also ideal for those who want something a bit more convenient and discreet than period pants, plus they are amazing for travel!

The market for menstrual cups has grown massively in the same way as period pants which means there are lots of different brands to choose from. I like this one from Sea + Flo as the cup is made from 100% FDA-approved medical-grade silicone so you can rest assured that there are no unnecessary toxins such as parabens or BPA, and no latex which makes it ideal for those who have allergies.

Menstrual cups are surprisingly very comfortable to use and wear, though it can take a few tries at first to properly insert them - there are loads of handy tips and YouTube vids for guidance on this. Sea + Flo has some excellent articles, as well as cup sizing recommendations on their site so do check them out! Like period pants, I have no problems with leaks and you can wear one for up to 12 hours, day and night.

Overall thoughts
I know what you might be thinking; the initial cost seems to be the main reason why women don't make the switch or put off making the purchase until later on. I had the same feeling, but whilst the initial outlay may seem high at first, you will save money in the long term. Not only are reusable menstrual products a healthier, safer, and far more comfortable option than their mainstream disposable counterparts, the benefits to the environment mustn't be ignored here. Yes it sucks and it's unfair that as women we have to pay for these things, so why not go with the more sustainable product? After all, can we really put a price on our environment?

Have you made the switch to sustainable period products?

Health & Lifestyle: Optml Rise & Rest Supplements review

Thursday 5 August 2021

With life returning to its normal pre-Covid busy routines for many of us, you may feel like you're struggling to keep up with this crazy new burst of social activities after nearly two years of being told to stay at home - I know I am! Luckily, there are some very handy supplements on offer from Optml to help boost your energy levels and improve your sleep, the natural way.

Optml is an ultra-convenient subscription service that bundles together two unique supplements that work in synergy to provide your brain and your body with a multitude of essential vitamins, minerals, and carefully chosen botanicals and nootropics. They're gluten-free and vegan-friendly without any additives, fillers, or bulking agents.

Instead of taking loads of different supplements and spending a fortune on different brands, with Optml, there are just two capsules a day to take, and although this is a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. There's also an option to simply make a one-off purchase to try them first if you prefer.

So what do you get? Each month, you'll receive two bottles of supplements which will last for 30 days. These are called Rise and Rest and I'll explain more about them below.

Optml Rise Supplements

Rise has been developed to give you a head start as it helps to improve your mental focus, whilst increasing your natural energy levels over the course of the day. It contains the popular natural energy booster Ginseng that helps to reduce mental fatigue and improves the overall function of the brain, especially when it comes to memory, behaviour, and mood, so if you're cranky in the mornings, you should see a change from taking this! Also included is Maca Root, another natural mood booster that reduces blood pressure and increases endurance, and Guarana Seed which helps to reduce fatigue and improve your focus.

Each capsule contains Vitamin C (160mg), Guarana Seed (100mg), Thiamine B1 (10mg), Riboflavin B2 (7mg), Niacin B3 (24mg), Vitamin B6 (10mg), Vitamin B12 (500ug), Iron (14ug), Iodine (150ug), Maca Root (1500mg) and Panax Ginseng (400mg).

How to use: take one capsule a day, first thing in the morning with a glass of water.

Optml Rest Supplements

Rest is a really interesting supplement blend that offers nighttime balance and support and I feel it's especially useful for those who can't sleep and/or suffer from anxiety and stress. No energy supplement in the world will work if you don't get a good night's sleep so I love the yin/yang vibe here from Optml that makes perfect sense when you think about it!

Key ingredients here include one of my favourite Ayurvedic medicinal herbs, Ashwagandha Root, which has been used for centuries to reduce cortisol levels within the body (the stress hormone) and promote a sense of calm. Perhaps more well-known is Chamomile Flower, a common herbal ally to those who struggle to sleep as it reduces inflammation and boosts relaxation. There's also 5-HTP which has some very interesting clinical studies that show it can increase the natural production of both serotonin (the feel-good hormone) and melatonin (the hormone that tells the body to sleep).

Each capsule contains Magnesium (57mg), Hop Extract (200mg), Chamomile Flower (80mg), Ashwagandha Root (50mg), Lavender Flower (50mg), L-Theanine (50mg), Montmorency Cherry (30mg) and 5-HTP derived from Griffonia Seed (25mg).

How to use: take one capsule a day, before bedtime with a glass of water.

Overall thoughts
If you're looking for a balanced set of supplements to boost your overall energy levels and health, Otmpl can offer a convenient subscription service that addresses your body's needs for increased energy in the day and a good night's sleep at night. This is ideal for those who don't want to take lots of different supplements every day, making it a more affordable option for many who wish to improve their long-term health.

Prices start from £17 for your first month with free delivery at optml.co.uk
