Beauty Empties: Products I've Used Up
It's time for a Beauty Empties post don't you think? Come and rummage through the recycling bin with me and discover which products I'll be repurchasing again, and which, if any, will be staying in the bin!

Beauty Empties: Products I've Used Up

Skin & Me Purify + Prep Hydrating Cleanser* (featured here)
I'm all about using creamy hydrating cleansers during the winter months and this little gem from Skin & Me has served me well. It's brilliant as a quick morning cleanser to prep my skin for my makeup and I love the recyclable aluminum squeezy tube. Repurchase? I've switched back to the REN Evercalm Cleansing Milk at the moment, but I'll definitely pick this up again.

Nourish Balance Refining Toning Mist* (travel size)
I love a refreshing spritz and Nourish Balance Refining Toning Mist is perfect for balancing excess sebum and keeping pores clear. If you have oily/combination skin, you should try it! Repurchase? Yes.

Aurelia Miracle Cleanser (travel size)
If you're a fan of thick cream cleansers that also double up as makeup removers, this bestseller Miracle Cleanser from Aurelia is amazing stuff. Removes all traces of makeup and leaves my skin so wonderfully fresh and clean. Repurchase? Yes.

Jacqueline Organic Honey Hydrating Lip Balm
Despite the name 'honey', this lip balm is suitable for vegans and has a 'honey-ish' natural scent to it which is really lovely. Keeps chapped lips at bay and is another product that I've enjoyed using this winter. Repurchase? I have a lot of lip balms in my stash to use up, but yes, I would repurchase!

Mádara Hyaluronic Acid Micellar Water (travel size)
You can definitely spot a hydrating theme in this Empties round-up can't you?! I sometimes find that my eyes get very dry and scratchy when the central heating is on, so for days when I've been wearing mascara, I've been using Mádara Hyaluronic Acid Micellar Water to remove it. It's certainly one of the more hydrating/moisturising micellar waters that I've tried, no doubt due to the Hyaluronic Acid in the formula. Repurchase? Yes.

Beauty Empties: Products I've Used Up
Westlab Reviving Epsom Bath Salts
Epsom Bath Salts are just amazing and I always, always have a bag or two in my bathroom. I've gotten into the habit of using them more often this winter, and my everyday aches and pains have been reduced as a result. Magical stuff! These ones are straight-up 100% natural mineral salts so I'll usually add a little bath/essential oil for some fragrance. Repurchase? Already have!

Wildheart Organics Revive Shower Oil*
Wildheart Organics is a beautiful natural luxury brand and I loved every single drop of their Revive Shower Oil. Incidentally, I used this purely as a bath oil and adored the blend of eucalyptus, lemongrass, and rosemary essential oils. Repurchase? Yes.

Skin & Tonic Slow Down Bath Soak* (featured here)
Very similar to the bath oil above, this Skin & Tonic Slow Down Bath Soak has a similar blend of essential oils which are infused into the bath salts, along with some CBD. This results in a very relaxing bath which is perfect to use after a long, stressful week. Repurchase? Yes.

Beauty Empties: Products I've Used Up
This Works Stress Check Kind Hands
No winter empties post would be complete without at least one tube of hand cream and my go-to has been the bestselling Stress Check Kind Hands from This Works which I picked up for a bargain in TK Maxx. If you haven't smelt the Stress Check fragrance, you must! It's so calming and the hand cream itself is ultra-moisturising without being sticky or greasy. Repurchase? Already have.

Laidbare Butter Me Up Body Butter* (reviewed here)
Oh wow, this product has been a long-time favourite of mine, having first reviewed it back in 2012! Sadly, this amazing body butter has been discontinued and this was my very last tube of it so you better believe that I'll be cutting open the tube to get every last bit out! Repurchase? Discontinued :(

This Works Love Sleep Pillow Spray (travel size)
Lastly, I finished up a travel mini of the This Works Love Sleep Pillow Spray. This is the first that I've tried from the Love Sleep range and it's such a beautiful and highly addictive blend of Ylang Ylang and Patchouli. Repurchase? Very tempted to pick up the full size.

What beauty products have you finished up lately?

Introducing: Soul Tree Ayurvedic Natural Makeup & Toiletries

Thursday, 28 April 2022

Soultree Ayurvedic Natural Makeup & Toiletries
Soul Tree is a natural brand that's been on my radar for quite some time as its products are inspired by ethical and ayurvedic formulas. Soul Tree is also big on using organic ingredients and is in fact, the very first Indian natural brand to carry European certifications for its ingredients.

I don't see many Indian brands that have caused such a buzz on the green beauty scene as Soul Tree have. From their super slick packaging to their wide range of products that are handmade using age-old traditional Ayurvedic methods, Soul Tree is definitely one that you can really enjoy exploring.

I've been testing out several of their products recently and wanted to introduce you to some of my new favourites.

Soultree Ayurvedic Natural Makeup & Toiletries
Dry skin? Try Soul Tree Hand & Foot Cream (100g, £14.03)
Rescue dry skin with Soul Tree's wonderful multi-purpose Hand & Foot Cream. Featuring active botanicals, this intensive care cream formula is packed with natural anti-oxidants and rich moisturising ingredients such as Kokum Butter and an organic triple blend of oils from Sesame, Coconut, and Apricot. I love the addition of Honey, Aloe, and Turmeric to help soften and smooth dry skin.

Pamper yourself with Soul Tree Indian Rose & Cooling Vetiver Shower Gel (250ml, £11.29)
Enjoy a luxury shower experience at home thanks to Soul Tree's Indian Rose & Cooling Vetiver Shower Gel. Not only does this look beautiful in your bathroom, but it has a delicate rose scent that I feel most people will love, even if rose isn't typically your favourite scent as this one is quite unusual. The SLS and soap-free formula is brilliant for sensitive skin that needs a gentle touch.

Soultree mascara and eyeliner kajal review
Sensitive eyes? Try Soul Tree Ayurvedic Mascara (6g, £16.99) and Pure Black Kajal (3g, £14.20)

Soul Tree has a great range of natural makeup that looks chic in your makeup bag and performs effortlessly well. Their Ayurvedic Mascara delivers a natural-looking, lightweight, and clump-free result on the lashes, with a nasties-free formula that also helps to strengthen and nourish them. It's absolutely perfect for everyday wear!

For some added drama in the evenings, pair it with the Pure Black Kajal; a true Indian kajal eyeliner that is made to a 3000-year-old Ayurvedic traditional recipe. The liner is richly pigmented and glides on so smoothly, with added moisturising properties for dry and sensitive eyes.

soultree lipstick and lip balm review
Treat yourself to Soul Tree Hibiscus & Honey Lip Balm (3.5g, £9.33) and Lipstick in Wild Honey (4g, £15.59)
My last two favourites come from Soul Tree's range of lipsticks and lip balms, both of which I highly recommend checking out. The Hibiscus & Honey Lip Balm is one of the best natural lip balms that I've ever tried. It's like smooth butter on the lips and completely eradicates any dryness. I also find that I'm not constantly reapplying it as a soft layer stays on the lips for longer.

I love the Lipstick in Wild Honey which has a similar list of ingredients to the lip balm, yet has a beautiful modern matte finish. The pigmentation truly blew me away as well! Most natural lippies struggle with this, but Soul Tree has really nailed it to perform just like a regular mainstream lipstick, but without the nasties.

Currently Loving: Organic Works Daily Hydration Bergamot Range - Body Lotion & Shower Gel review

Thursday, 10 March 2022

Spring is well and truly on its way, so why not add a fresh burst of sunshine into your bathroom with these everyday beauty treats from Organic Works?

Whenever I'm stocking up on my daily toiletries; I always try to choose products that reflect the seasons. As we finally head into spring after what seems like such a long winter, I've been finding myself opting for beautifully fresh and reviving scents that will help me to put a spring back into my step (pun entirely intended!)

Top of my shopping list is Organic Works' gorgeous Bergamot range.

Organic Works are a Scottish brand that I was first introduced to through the LoveLula Beauty Boxes where they pop up every now and again (in fact, one of their Night Creams was sent in last month's box). This cruelty-free natural brand has a simple set of products that encompass skincare essentials and a handful of lovely hand washes, body lotions, and shower gels, the latter of which I'd like to mention because they really are top quality for the asking price.

I've become somewhat smitten with the scent of their Bergamot range and I have been loving using their Bergamot Shower Gel* (300ml, £12, link) for an awakening shower experience with a moisturising base of Aloe Vera and delicious Tropical Orange and Bergamot essential oils.

To keep the good vibes going, I've been smothering myself afterward with the matching Bergamot Hand & Body Lotion* (300ml, £14, link) which comes in a huge bottle and a handy pump for fuss-free application. Hello, soft and gorgeous smelling skin!

Earlier this year, Tisserand released their brand new Nature Spa Bath & Body Collection so if you're in the mood for some self-care pampering at home, this is the range for you!

For those who aren't familiar with Tisserand, they are one of the UK's leading natural wellbeing brands with a vast range of aromatherapy-based products. Based in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex, Tisserand has become hugely popular, and I just love exploring all of the different essential oil blends that they have to offer.

The new Nature Spa Bath & Body Collection has something for everyone and I was very kindly sent a Hand & Body Soap and Hand Cream from my personal favourite fragrance; the Uplifting Mandarin & May Chang.

Starting with the Tisserand Uplifting Mandarin & May Chang Hand Cream* (75ml, £12, link), this hand cream is a real pleasure to use thanks to its silky texture that is easily absorbed without any hint of greasiness. Come the morning, my hands are so smooth and soft!

Another must-have in this new range is the matching Tisserand Uplifting Mandarin & May Chang Hand & Body Soap* (100g, £6.50, link). It's the ideal addition to your bathroom sink and a super-easy way to help reduce the amount of plastic that you use as this solid soap is simply packaged in a neat cardboard box. Embossed with the Tisserand logo and bursting with that gorgeous uplifting Mandarin & May Chang fragrance, this soap is enriched with moisturising Coconut Oil and Shea Butter to keep hands soft and supple throughout the day.

Give Your Hands Some TLC - Balmonds Intensive Hand Cream & Skin Salvation Balm review #BetterWithBalmonds + 20% Reader Discount Code

Tuesday, 16 November 2021

Are your hands prone to dryness, eczema, or sensitivity? If the answer is yes to all or any of those, you must try the award-winning Balmonds Intensive Hand Cream.

I've suffered from eczema since I was a child, and whilst my skin condition is tolerable most of the time, there are specific times of the year when I tend to experience nasty flare-ups. The change of seasons is definitely a trigger for me as my skin severely dislikes the often rapid fall in temperature here in the UK when Winter is on its way, so I've been taking extra special care of my skin right now to manage it.

Luckily, there are a lot of natural and cruelty-free skincare helpers out there who can alleviate the worst symptoms of eczema, and one such English brand which truly excels in this area is Balmonds. They have made it their mission to help sensitive skin and common problems such as eczema and they have a wide range of natural and safe products available.

If you're new to the brand, I would start with these two below; the Intensive Hand Cream and the Skin Salvation Balm.

Balmonds Intensive Hand Cream* (50ml, £10.99, link)

Suitable for all skin types, this vegan-friendly Intensive Hand Cream is the perfect remedy for dry and irritated hands this Winter. The 99% natural formula is fragrance-free and manages to be light and non-greasy, yet feels incredibly nourishing at the same time. Perfect for the most sensitive of skin types, it uses natural ingredients such as Sea Buckthorn, Organic Hemp Oil, and Shea Butter to instantly soothe and moisturise. It's also so gentle and free from a long list of nasties that it's safe to use on babies from 6 weeks of age.

Balmonds Skin Salvation Balm* (30ml, £7.99, link)

Skin Salvation is a pot of magic that everyone who has eczema should have in their skincare stash for those impromptu flareups. This 100% natural moisturising balm is a paraffin-free alternative to most eczema products you'll find in the chemist, and it's also free from synthetic additives, fragrances, and parabens. Highly emollient thanks to a blend of just eight carefully chosen natural ingredients like Beeswax, Safflower Seed Oil, and Hemp Seed Oil, Skin Salvation delivers results fast, helping to bring down inflammation and irritation quickly. Best of all, it can be used anywhere on the face and body, and a tiny amount goes a long way.

Introducing: Naturecan Beauty - CBD Skincare

Sunday, 15 August 2021

You're probably already familiar with the benefits of taking CBD Oil as a dietary supplement, but did you know that it's also a useful and effective natural ingredient to look out for in your skincare?

Despite discussing the many health benefits of CBD Oil on here over the past few years, it's only been fairly recently that I've properly started to explore some of the brands that are utilising this ingredient in their skincare products. One such brand is Naturecan, which has a whole range dedicated to just CBD-infused skincare on its website.

Why does CBD do in skincare?

Naturecan use carefully selected broad-spectrum CBD Oil that is grown and extracted in Oregon, USA to ensure their high-quality standards can be met. Their unique process uses whole-plant extraction to maximize the CBD concentration, whilst also filtering out any substances that aren't required. The final formulas are then tested for certified quality via a third-party lab. Needless to say, everything is vegan, GMO, and parabens-free, as well as containing no THC.

CBD Oil is an antioxidant-rich natural ingredient so it can help to fend off free radicals which cause premature skin ageing such as fine lines and wrinkles when it's added to skincare products. It also has anti-inflammatory properties so is ideal for sensitive skin and skin types that are prone to redness.

Always intrigued to try something new and to see what all the hype is about, I dived straight into a box of Naturecan Beauty products as soon as it arrived last month - here are my thoughts!

Naturecan Restore Hand Cream* (30ml, £18, link)
With 100mg of CBD and plenty of nourishing and soothing plant-based natural ingredients such as Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Cocoa Butter, and Vitamin E, the Restore Hand Cream does what it says on the tube and is a must-try for anyone who has dry or cracked hands. The rich texture absorbs easily without any greasy feeling.

Naturecan Hydrate Moisturiser* (30ml, £25, link)
The perfect daily facial moisturiser for sensitive skin types, the Hydrate Moisturiser is packed full of antioxidants to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, whilst Hyaluronic Acid and 100mg of CBD is included to boost the skin further. Aloe Vera and Squalane Oil also offer additional skin-soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits. Glides on and makes a great base for makeup so I like to apply it in the mornings.

Naturecan Purify Clay Mask* (50ml, £30, link)
A high-quality purifying clay mask is an essential in my weekly skincare routine and this one from Naturecan ticks all the right boxes. Formulated with CosGreen Green Clay and Vanatrual Bentonite Clay to draw out impurities, this is a brilliant facial treatment for blemish-prone skin types. Unlike other clay masks which can leave the skin feeling dry and stripped, Naturecan has included Aloe Vera juice, CBD, and Hemp Seed Oil to help put the moisture back in for a smoother and more comfortable clear complexion result.

Naturecan Nourish Multi-Use Balm* (30ml, £20, link)
You guys know how much I love a multi-purpose beauty balm and I've been really impressed by this one! With a blend of 100mg CBD, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Chia Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Oil and Vitamin E, the Nourish Multi-Use Balm is a seriously intensive skin-loving product that repairs, protects and hydrates any dry skin areas that need some TLC. Apply it everywhere and anywhere!

Naturecan Care & Protect Lip Balm* (4.5g, £8, link)
Although you can use the Nourish Multi-Use Balm on dry chapped lips, if you'd prefer just a standalone lip balm as a cheaper option, Naturecan has got you covered with their Care & Protect Lip Balm. It has added Vitamin E and natural UV protection so you really can't go wrong.

Naturecan very kindly included a sample of their Broad Spectrum CBD Oil 3% which has a refreshing Spearmint flavour so it's more palatable when taken under the tongue. The tincture contains 240 drops and the recommended daily dosage is 10 drops, to start with, so if you're new to the world of CBD Oil, this is a good one to try out.

Tried & Tested: Nourish London Anti-Ageing Kale Skincare Range - T.S.L Neck Elixir, Eye Cream & Hand Cream review

Friday, 25 June 2021

Ageing well and looking your best has never been easier with the helping hand of natural skincare brands such as Nourish London. Their Anti-Ageing range incorporates superfood ingredient Kale with a whole host of plant-based actives to smooth, tone and soften where's needed, without the use of any harmful 'nasties' or undesirable ingredients.

Although the term 'anti-ageing seems to be something of a hot topic within the beauty industry right, I still get a lot of searches for it here on my blog, so I thought I'd post about Nourish's Anti-Ageing range which I feel can be beneficial for those in their mid-30s onwards. As I've recently joined the mid-30s club, I can definitely say it's better to start using more advanced skincare formulas earlier, rather than later, to see the most positive results.

Below, I've tested out three products from Nourish London; their T.S.L Tighten, Sculpt and Lift Neck Elixir, Kale Anti-Ageing Eye Cream and Kale Anti-Ageing Hand Cream, which individually target the most noticeable early signs of ageing.

All products are certified by the Vegan Society and Cruelty-Free International, as well as the Soil Association for the organic ingredients used.

Nourish London T.S.L Tighten, Sculpt and Lift Neck Elixir* (30ml, £23.50, link)
Featuring a brand new self-locking smart pump that eliminates the need for a plastic cap, Nourish's bestselling T.S.L Neck Elixir is a specialist 3-in-1 product that aims to lift, firm, and smooth the neck and decolletage area. Using a combination of antioxidant rich bioactives and peptides, this clever cream helps to stimulate healthy collagen production, whilst vitamin and mineral-rich plant extracts such as Kale and Griffonia protect against further environmental stress and damage. It's, strangely enough, a real pleasure to use and sinks into this delicate area beautifully where the skin is thinnest, making it an essential part of your evening skincare routine.

Nourish London Kale Anti-Ageing Eye Cream* (10ml, £30, link)
Eye creams are often very hit and miss, but I'm pleased to say this Kale Anti-Ageing Eye Cream is an award-winner and a definite hit! It's one of those rare few that actually delivers noticeable results and features a supercharged anti-ageing formula that is bursting with biomimetic peptides and vitamin-rich Kale extract to seriously reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I'm a big fan of this and have used it many times in the past - it's wonderfully light, refreshing, and slightly cooling to use so try it first thing in the morning to wake up tired and puffy peepers.

Nourish London Kale Anti-Ageing Hand Cream* (50ml, £12.50, link)
Regardless of your age, I feel that everyone who has lived through this awful pandemic could benefit from using Nourish's Kale Anti-Ageing Hand Cream to help restore weary and over-washed dry hands. Not only does it instantly transform the driest and cracked hands back to their soft and supple former glory, but the super-rich and hydrating formula is scientifically proven to improve skin texture and protect against the ageing effects of pollution thanks to several key ingredients such as Kale extract, Rose of Jericho, Hyaluronic Acid and bioactive peptides.

May Empties: Products I've Used Up (+ How To Recycle Your Beauty Empties)

Thursday, 3 June 2021

A little later than usual but here are my recent Beauty Empties, plus some tips on how you can recycle them.

Antipodes Joyful Hand & Body Cream* (reviewed here)
I love all of Antipodes Hand & Body Creams but Joyful is definitely my favourite. Not only does it transform dry skin into silky smoothness virtually overnight, but the natural fragrance is just heavenly with a divine fruity floral scent. As this is pretty pricey, I save it for my hands! Repurchase? Yes.

Odacité Black Mint Cleanser* (reviewed here)
I feel that Odacité is such an underrated luxury natural skincare brand, however, their bestselling Black Mint Cleanser is certainly popular for a reason. This is one of the best purifying cleansers that I've tried for oily/combination skin and it's so refreshing to use first thing in the morning. Repurchase? Will do once I've used up some other cleansers first.

REN Atlantic Kelp & Magnesium Anti-Fatigue Body Wash* (reviewed here)
If you're in the market for a truly uplifting and fresh luxury Body Wash for your morning showers, you can't go wrong with this hidden gem from REN. Infused with Magnesium to give your energy levels a boost, it makes a real difference to how I feel when I'm tired or under the weather. Repurchase? Yes.

Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream* (reviewed here)
Quite possibly my all-time favourite Eye Cream ever, I've used Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream on and off for years now and keep coming back to it - it's that good. Perfect for those who have dry and sensitive eyes, if you've been struggling to find an eye cream that actually makes a difference, try this. Repurchase? I'm using up a few others at the moment but I'm sure I'll come back to this in the near future.

Seascape Island Apothecary Sleep Oil* (reviewed here)
I'm a terrible sleeper (thanks insomnia!) so I rely on a range of aromatherapy products to help me count those sheep at bedtime. Whilst I enjoyed using this one from Seascape Island Apothecary and found it relaxing, I thought the essential oil blend was not as potent as some other brands that I've tried. Repurchase? Probably not.

P.S - How To Recycle Your Beauty Empties!
  • All of the glass and easy-to-recycle plastic PET empties will be put into my council's blue bin kerbside recycling scheme, but for the harder-to-recycle stuff, I will be:-
  • Recycling the pumps, lids and atomisers with Neal's Yard Remedies - more info at the bottom of their website here.
  • Recycling any other products that my local council doesn't accept at The Body Shop, L'Occitane or with Garnier's Terracycle partnership - more info here.

Judging CertClean's Clean Beauty Awards 2021: The Body Care Finalists #CleanBeautyAwards

Tuesday, 25 May 2021

Over the years, I have been invited to be a judge on several independent beauty panels for various awards, and this year, I'm very excited to be working with CertClean again for their Clean Beauty Awards 2021.

What Are The Clean Beauty Awards?
The Clean Beauty Awards have been created by CertClean who is North America's leading certification for safer skincare. Although many of the products that I've tested out below fall into typical areas of green, vegan, natural and organic beauty, the general idea behind the awards isn't about how natural or organic a product is, it's about the overall safety of that product instead (in particular, CertClean focuses on products which are free from over 1400+ potentially harmful chemicals).

It's worth noting that all of the entries into the Clean Beauty Awards MUST be free of the following nasties; Parfum/Fragrance, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate/Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Siloxanes, Petro-based Glycerin, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, DMDM Hydantoin, Diazolidinyl Urea, Imidazolidinyl, Urea, Methenamine, Quaternium-15, Parabens, Petro-based PEG compounds, and Triclosan.

Which products have I been judging?
This year, I have been judging the finalists for the Best Body Care category so I've been testing out the following which have all been new-to-me brands:-

  • Farmer's Daughter Lavender Hand and Body Lotion
  • Flora's Bare Baoban & Lemon Hand Cream
  • Puur Ingrid Ultra Body Oil
  • Leaf People Nourishing Body Oil
  • Pevonia Age Defying Body Cream

How have I been testing them out?
I've been trying out one different product each week and making notes on the ingredients, application, texture, scent, packaging, and of course, how my skin feels after using them.

When will the winners be announced?
Judging ends on 25th June 2021 and I will be announcing the winners on my social media pages as soon as all of the results have been compiled. You can also keep an eye on certcleanbeautyawards.com and reviews.certclean.com for all the updates.

Big thanks to Cert Clean for asking me to be part of their judging panel for the fourth year in a row!

Green Beauty: LoveLula Beauty Box - January 2021

Wednesday, 27 January 2021

I've noticed an increase in people searching for beauty subscription box reviews again due to the current lockdown so if you're looking to treat yourself this payday, why not try the LoveLula Beauty Box

Everything included is from a wide range of natural and organic beauty brands and all the products inside are guaranteed to be cruelty-free. I highly recommend it for those who love their skincare, as well as consumers who enjoy discovering brands that they may not have come across before!

To give you an idea of what to expect, here's what's inside the latest LoveLula Beauty Box:-

Natura Siberica Oblepikha Hand Cream
You can never have enough hand cream in my opinion, and this one from Natura Siberica is perfect for the cold winter weather as it's super moisturising and smells gorgeous. It features key ingredients such as Altai Sea Buckthorn, Amaranth Oil and Cranberry Seed Oil to hydrate and protect dry hand hands.

Ayumi Hibiscus & Turmeric Shampoo & Conditioner
If your hair is looking a bit dull, it could be time to change your shampoo and conditioner. This handy travel-sized duo from Ayumi lets you test out their bestselling Hibiscus & Tumeric Shampoo & Conditioner which helps to restore shine whilst having a volumising effect at the same time. Shine and extra volume? Count me in!

Balm Balm Lavender Face Balm
Super gentle and calming, Balm Balm's Lavender infused Face Balm is suitable for all skin types to use, including sensitive. As with most products of this nature, a little goes a long way thanks to its concentrated formula that's been carefully created with a blend of natural plant-based oils. This is great for calming any redness or irritation, and you can use it all over the body, so it's not just for your face.

Moi Vert Lemongrass Liquid Soap
A new release from Moi Vert, LoveLula beauty box subscribers are among the first to try out this exciting multipurpose Lemongrass Liquid Soap! You guys know how much I love a good multipurpose product and this liquid soap can be used in the shower, for your hands, to wash your makeup brushes and even as a greener alternative to regular laundry liquid.

Hurraw! Pitta Lip Balm
Made with all-natural ingredients that are raw, organic, vegan and fairly-traded, it's easy to see why Hurraw! are one of my favourite lip balm brands so I'm always happy to see one of their products included. There are various flavours/scents being sent out this month and I received the Pitta Lip Balm (based on the Ayurveda doshas) which is a combination of Coconut, Lemongrass and Mint.
