Latest In Beauty have teamed up with Glamour magazine once again to offer us beauty junkies a quick fix in a box! The Glamour Beauty Edit Box is exactly as it sounds; a specially selected, handpicked box of the best beauty must-haves. Want to see what's inside?
The contents are as follows:-
HD Brows Eye & Brow Palette
I received one of these in a Glossybox ages ago which sadly wasn't the right shade for me, but I'm pleased to say that finally I have the correct one! I'm not sure if everyone's box will have the same, but mine is in the shade Foxy which is for brunettes. Comprises of a quartet of soft powders which are suitable for brows as well as doubling up as eyeshadows. Handy!
Maybelline Baby Lips
This may or may not shock you but I find Baby Lips a bit 'meh'. I don't understand the hype and being a lip balm fanatic, I know that there are much better lip balms on the market for the same price. That said, I know a lot of people who will be happy to have one of these. I got the flavour Mint Fresh.
Benefit They're Real Mascara
Love this mascara. If you haven't tried it yet, then you definitely need to pick up a sample. Adds lots of volume and length, with a really good brush that separates lashes and avoids clumping.
Philip Kingsley One More Day Dry Shampoo
(50ml travel size)
Aerosol dry shampoos are usually not my bag, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one and have to say it's actually the best spray formula I've ever used. Smells fresh, absorbs excess oil at the roots a treat and doesn't make my hair look excessively white/ grey, a sure winner!
Eyeko Lash Curlers
Admittedly these aren't as super amazing as my beloved Shu Uemura Eyelash Curlers but they're a pretty good budget alternative, and I know they'll come in handy when I pack my travel bag. These ones have blue velvet on the grips which is a nice touch.
Toni & Guy Glamour Firm Hold Hairspray
(75ml travel size)
A standard hairspray that's the perfect size for handbags and weekend bags. Not particularly sticky, but can feel a little on the stiff side if you use a lot of it so best for light usage and touch ups.
Balance Me Radiance Face Oil
(10ml travel size)
I've used this in the past, and like all the other Balance Me products I've tried, it was really good. Packed full of nourishing, natural ingredients, this is ideal for dull winter skin that's in need of a pick me up. The rollerball 10ml size will also last you a lot longer than you think because less is definitely more with this product.
Summary: Given that the contents of this box are worth £65, this is incredible value for money and features a lot of products that have been raved about this year. A perfect gift for any beauty fan, a lovely treat for yourself, or you can split the contents up and use them as stocking fillers ;)
The Glamour Beauty Edit Box* retails for £14.95 and is available for a limited time only (and whilst stocks last). Exclusive to latestinbeauty.com
