Budget Beauty: 3 Great Brow Products From The Highstreet
A certain premium makeup brand is currently dominating the brows market, but what's a girl to do if she's on a budget? Head to the high street that's what! Here are just three purse-friendly suggestions to get those brows on fleek.

MUA Luxe Power Brow Longwear Sculpting Brow Gel* (2.2g, £4, link)
MUA Luxe, the more on-trend and fancy range from budget favourites, MUA, have been launching some fab new products left, right and centre recently. Their Power Brow Longwear Sculpting Brow Gel is like a gel eyeliner, but for your brows. The cute compact packaging cleverly houses a mini brow brush in the lid (and it's actually not bad at all, if a little small), and the metallic gold cap twists off to reveal a pot of brow gel goodness underneath.

This formula lives up to its long-wearing name and stays put all day for me. Easy to use and apply, just dip in the brush and fill in brows for a thicker, younger look. Doesn't feel sticky, doesn't smell of anything, is easy to blend and looks great! Available in six different shades - Mid Brown is shown above and in the swatch below. An absolute steal for just £4!
Lottie London Arch Rival Eyebrow Kit review

Lottie London Arch Rival Eyebrow Kit* (£8.49, link)
If you're after a complete, all-in-one eyebrow set and you prefer to fill in your brows with a powder, Lottie London's Arch Rival Kit is the one to check out. The set comes in thick and sturdy matte card packaging and features a mirror in the reverse lid, a mini set of tweezers, a mini dual ended brow brush with a spoolietwo different shades of eyebrow powder and a brow wax.

I love these kinds of sets for travelling with because it's so convenient to have everything I need in one compact palette (plus it saves me from having to buy another set of tweezers when I inevitably forget to pack my full size ones!). Both of the eyebrow powders (swatched below) are soft and blendable so you can achieve a natural or more bold brow look depending on what you're going for, and you can mix them together to get your own custom shade. The brow wax is soft, un-fragranced and not sticky, helping to keep brows in place for most of the day. A great little kit to have in your makeup collection.
Browcote Waterproof Brow Sealer review
Browcote Waterproof Brow Sealer* (4ml, £6.99, link)
From the makers of Lipcote, comes Browcote - a hardcore, waterproof formula that will set even the most unruly brows for all of the day and night. It's completely transparent so you can apply it after you've filled in your brows, and it seriously lasts until you want to take it off. Smudgeproof, transfer resistant - it keeps them exactly where you want them! I've tested this out during the recent heatwaves we've been having and it's still passed with flying colours. Can't fault it, and each tube lasts for around 100 applications.
Swatches: From L-R - Lottie London Arch Rival Kit brow shadows in Dark & Medium, MUA Luxe Power Brow Longwear Sculpting Brow Gel in Mid Brown.

  3. This post was so helpful! My brows give me the biggest issues, mainly because one appears to be higher than the other and I'm afraid to pluck too much haha. I'm definitely going to give some of these products a go! xo
