Where possible, I like to buy paraffin free candles because they burn so much better, and let's face it, the more we can avoid using paraffin in anything, the better. However, I do miss some of the more sugary sweet flavours that brands like Yankee Candle offer, so I wanted to find a natural alternative. And here it is, complete with a cute flamingo attached!

Earlier this month, my Twitter and Instagram feeds erupted with images of InStyle's annual 'Best Beauty Buys' supplement which is compiled by nearly 200 industry experts. I pick it up every year (it comes free with that month's magazine), and enjoy having a good flick through to see who the winners are.

I've been in essay writing hell this week for Uni, and whenever I'm stressed out, it seems to show up immediately on my face in the form of angry looking blemishes (joy!). To combat this, I've been reaching for these two products from Vichy's Normaderm range for some help.
