Beauteco Box* (£10 + P&P, link)
August's Beauteco box is certainly celebrating summer with its bright blue & yellow eco-friendly packaging this month. And the contents are non too shabby either! As always, there were three enticing menus to choose from, and I picked lucky number Box 3.
Arran Aromatics Lavender Tea Tree Facial Gel Wash (full size 100ml, £12.95)
This is a 2-in-1 face wash that gently exfoliates and deeply cleanses problematic skintypes. It smells lovely and refreshing with that blend of lavender and tea tree essential oils in it, but as it contains SLS, I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it myself. I might try it as a body wash?!
S5 Purity Serum (sample 10ml, RRP £44 for 30ml)
I am however very excited to try out this skincare product! I've wanted to try out something from S5 for ages, but they're on the expensive side (this sample alone is worth around £14). Their best selling Purity Serum is a breakout control treatment for blemish prone skin which sounds like heaven for my troublesome complexion.
Melvita Rose Body Milk (sample 30ml, RRP £17.50 for 200ml)
A handy, travel sized body moisturiser that smells gorgeous with a subtle, light rose scent. If my past experience with Melvita products is anything to go by, then I have a strong inkling I'm going to enjoy using this!
Lord & Berry Intensity Lipstick in Peach Gleam (full size, £12)
Lord & Berry do some amazing lip products, in fact one of my all time favourite reds is one of their matte lip pencils. The packaging is unashamedly Bobbi Brown-esque, but I like the style so I'll forgive them. This lipstick is a pretty neutral pink with a hint of peach, which I imagine would look stunning on most skintones and feels very moisturising on.
Lord & Berry Kissproof Lip Liner in Blossom (full size, £7.50)
I don't own many lip liners, but I love this one already. The shade is so wearable; a beautiful cool dusky pink and the formula glides on effortlessly with no pulling or dragging. I wore it today all over my lips (blotting it down to a stain) and received a fair few compliments which was nice!
Summary: Another fantastic mix of products with THREE full size items and two generous samples - this is such good value for money considering it's only a tenner plus p&p! I also like how there were different S5 serums in each menu to cater for more skintypes - something you don't always get with the other beauty boxes!
