July Empties / Products I've Used Up

Sunday 3 August 2014

Empties time!  Here are the products I've managed to finish up recently, my overall thoughts on them, and whether I'd repurchase any again or not.

Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot* (review
This was an OK spot treatment that worked but took longer than other treatments I've tried to clear blemishes up.  If you're after something 'gentle', then this may be better suited to you.  Repurchase?  No.

Naked Brunette Radiance Shampoo & Conditioner* (review)
My second bottles of these, they get the job done and add extra shine to my sometimes dull brown hair.  SLS free and really affordable too, win win!  Repurchase?  Yes.

Pure Potions Lavender Rescue Salve* (review)
I'm slowly working my way through this set of salves from last year and I've finally managed to finish one!  The Lavender Salve was handy to use as an after sun treatment.  Repurchase?  Will do.

Alterra Concealer Stick
Great budget friendly concealer that I mainly used for covering blemishes and marks with.  Non cakey, easy to blend, lasted for most of the day and the colour was bang on for my skintone.  Repurchase?  Will be asking my mum to send me some of these over as they're a German brand.

Lavera Honey Moments Shower & Bath Gel
Love the scent of this, it's very sweet though so I tend to rotate it with other shower gels in my bathroom so I don't get sick of it!  Lovely SLS free formula that doesn't dry out my skin.  Repurchase?  Already have another on the go.

Tisserand Detox Body Massage Oil (review)
I think this is my second or even third bottle of this stuff.  It's absolutely brilliant for using after exercise to soothe aching muscles and it just smells incredible.  Very uplifting and a little bit spicy.  Repurchase?  Definitely.

Aromatherapy Associates Hydrating Rose Face Mask (review)
Again this is my second/third sample tube and I love this face mask so much.  It's one of the best hydrating treatments I've ever tried and really plumps up the skin and makes it glow.  Repurchase?  Already have a mini sample in my stash.

    1. Thanks Heather! I like to keep these empties reviews short and to the point as I've often already reviewed or mentioned the products before :) x

  2. I really want to try something from Aromatherapy Associates, I'll have to look into this mask! I've used up the Origins moisture mask and am currently using the Gatineau Moisture Aquamemory mask but it leaves the skin feeling quite sticky.

    1. My shampoo usually runs out a couple of weeks before the conditioner because I use so many hair masks etc, though I always seem to finish them in the same month which is odd! xx
