A picture of Steamcream face challenge
If you've been following We Were Raised By Wolves for a while now, you'll no doubt have seen me mention Steamcream a fair few times.  They're offering my readers the chance to take part in their current 7 Day Face Challenge, so if you've always wanted to try it, read on!

For the last couple of years, there has always been a tin (or two) of Steamcream in my beauty stash. This multi-purpose moisturiser is amazing for using on your body, hands and feet, but also works well on the face too.  It's particularly great for dry skin and uses key ingredients such as Oatmeal Infusion, Almond Oil, Orange Flower Water, Cocoa Butter and Lavender Oil, to help to relieve dry skin and keep it hydrated for longer.  As the name may suggest, all of the ingredients are fused together with a special shot of hot, bubbling steam.  It's this unique method which gives Steamcream its lovely texture; the cream is thick but lightweight at the same time, so it absorbs quickly into the skin, without any greasy residue.

Not only is it a great product but its also packaged in a super cute collectable and resuable tin which comes in lots of different Limited Edition designs.  I currently have one of the new designs, Mon Petit, taking pride of place on my dressing table.

If you'd like to take part in the Steamcream 7 Day Face Challenge, simply register here. Steamcream will then randomly choose 100 people to take part in the challenge who will receive a free 25ml tin to try out.  If you're not chosen, you'll still receive a handy discount code to use on their website, so you have nothing to lose!

  2. This sounds great - would this be better as a day time or night time moisturizer? :-)

    1. It depends on your skin type - I think it works better for me as a night time moisturiser because it's a little too rich for my oily / combination skin in the day but if yours is drier, you could use it as both :)
