The Christmas / December editions of magazines are always generous to us beauty fans and the stands are currently packed full of bargains and high-end samples. I've picked up Elle and Glamour so far.
With Elle magazine (£4), there's a sample size of Benefit's much hyped They're Real Push Up Liner. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on this so didn't want to immediately splurge on the full size - this is why try me sizes are perfect!
Glamour magazine (£2) are running their usual annual Nails Inc promotion with a choice of four gorgeous A/W shades (Wigmore Street - deep blue/purple, Tate - true red, Marleybone Mews - grey with lilac undertones and Hanover Square - rich burgundy). All the nail polishes are full size and great quality so they're well worth picking up if you want some new shades or even as cheeky stocking fillers.
Also with the magazine is a 20% discount card for H&M (minimum spend £20) and The Body Shop's Little Card of Christmas Wishes is back - just take it into your local store and they'll tell you at the till what it's worth. Each card has a guaranteed £3 to spend at The Body Shop and there's no minimum spend needed!

Other magazine freebies this month include a Cowshed Hand Cream with Tatler, deluxe sample of Estee Lauder Sumptous Extreme mascara with Harpers Bazaar, travel size of Nip & Fab Body Slim Cream with Cosmopolitan, Rodial Stemcell Superfood Lip Balm with Red and a travel size of Murad Exfoliating Cleanser with In Style. Phew! I may be going back to the newsagents sooner rather than later...

DeleteBeen saying it for years and will say it again - the UK get the best magazine freebies! I'd totally buy both if I could :) I swatched the Benefit liner on my hand a few months ago and was kind of underwhelmed though ... but it might be better in action when applied to the lids.
