You Beauty Box - June 2016 review
My You Beauty Box arrived yesterday and it's yet another great value for money bargain of a box! The theme was 'Energising Essentials', though I probably picked up the least 'energising' products out of the shortlist!

For my You Beauty Box, I chose the following two products from the products available:-

KIKO Velvet Touch Creamy Stick Blush (full size, RRP £7.90)
I've been obsessed with KIKO recently (expect to see a big haul review post coming up in the very near future!), and I'd heard a lot about how amazing their Velvet Touch Creamy Stick Blushers are so naturally I had to pick it up. I received the shade 07 Natural Rose which is absolutely gorgeous! I'm so happy I got this colour because it's probably the shade I would have purchased for myself anyway as it gives a lovely natural flush of colour to the cheeks that's none offensive and ideal for everyday. The stick itself is pretty big too (reminds me of a foundation stick or something like the NARS Multiples) and the texture has a great cream to almost powder style finish.

Nails Inc Nail Polish in Uptown (full size, RRP £14)
I'm a sucker for pretty neutral nail polish shades like this so I had to get Uptown into my collection. It's a delicate dusky / muted pink that goes with everything and like the blush above, it's perfect for everyday wear. I have a lot of Nails Inc polishes and I'm never disappointed with how they apply so I know I'll love it!

YBD also added two extras this month; a 20ml travel size bottle of Kneipp Herbal Bath Back Comfort (used this before and it's fantastic to use after you've been to the gym or just feel tired after a long day - seriously such an underrated product!), and a 3ml sachet sample of Organii Sun Milk SPF 50.

You Beauty Box is £6.95 per month incl p&p - more info click here.

Did you receive a You Beauty box this month?

    1. Oh no! I've seen a few people say that there's was a bit waxy (is yours like that?), but mine's really lovely! I'd contact You Beauty to ask them about it as they seem pretty good at sending out replacements etc x

  2. Aw I love your Kiko blush shade! I think I got No 4 from memory, it's a very bright blue toned pink and don't think I would have chosen that shade myself. Will try it though and hope it blends out and mutes down ok! xx
