3 Cold Weather Pampering & Pre-Party Essentials

Windle & Moodie, Living Nature and Herbfarmacy
Baby, its cold outside!  Whether you want to go outside and slurp Gluhwein at a Christmas Market or are simply getting ready for the party season ahead, these three pampering essentials will protect your hair, face and body from the worst of the freezing cold weather.

1 - The Intense Treatment Masque
If your hair is feeling dry and looking less than its best, using a properly intensive hair mask once a week can give it a noticeable boost.  A new one I've been trying out recently is from Windle & Moodie (of the Covent Garden hairdressers fame).  Their Intense Treatment Masque* is super thick and rich, very much like a body butter in texture, and is packed full of Cocoa Butter and Green Tea.  It gets to work in just 15 minutes and leave hair feeling softer, less frizzy and with lots of shine. It's also free from parabens, sulphates and propylene glycol which is always a plus in my books.

2 - The Luxurious Body Oil
Body oils are a fantastic way to deeply nourish and moisturise your skin, and they can add a healthy looking sheen to bare legs if you want to show off your new little black dress.  Living Nature's new Vitality Body Oil* will ease any aches and tensions from the day thanks to its Arnica and Kunzea Oil rich formula, whilst the Almond, Wheatgerm and Vitamin E oils will thoroughly pamper your skin and have it prepped and primed ready for that evening's party.

3 - The Hydrating Serum
Lastly, it's important to take a little extra effort in protecting your face from the wintery cold elements, but it's easy to this by simply adding a high performance serum to your skincare routine.  I tend to chop and change what I use depending on what my skin is feeling like, though I've found myself reaching for Herbfarmacy's 85% organic Pure Hydration Serum* a lot over the past month.  This new serum is a triple action powerhouse of natural ingredients such as Marshmallow (that holds moisture in and plumps the skin) and Buckwheat Herb (a high quality antioxidant), which has a lovely light and completely non-greasy texture.  I found that it absorbed into the skin quickly and really helped to eradicate any signs of dryness and dehydration.  A new favourite for sure!
