Ayurvedic Haircare: Saach Organics - 100% Natural, Organic & Cruelty-Free Haircare Review

Saach Organics Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel range

Starting off with the basics first, I tested out the full range of Saach Organics Shampoos. If you're after a strengthening shampoo for weak or fine hair, the Shikakai, Basil and Peppermint Shampoo* (200ml, £11.95) works wonders thanks to a formula that's rich in Basil, Amla, Ritha, Peppermint Oil, Shikakai and Ceramides. For something more aimed at repairing and revitalising damaged hair, try the Tea Tree, Rosemary & Lemon Shampoo* (200ml, £12.95) which also doubles up as an anti-dandruff treatment. Coloured hair? You can use the specially formulated Henna Orange Oil Shampoo* (200ml, £11.95) to moisturise and protect coloured hair from fading. All three shampoos are SLS-free and feel wonderfully refreshing to use due to the Ayurvedic herbs so they're quite 'zingy' on the scalp!

I'll go on to mention Saach Organics' powdered hair treatments in a minute, but for those who prefer a more conventional hair conditioner, you can't wrong with the Avocado, Jojoba Butter & Canola Oil Hair Nourishment Conditioner* (200ml, £11.95) which features a unique blend of Ayurvedic herbs and natural hydrating ingredients to nourish hair from root to tip. It's ideal for all hair types to use.

I also want to give a shout out to the Saach Organics Mint & Rosemary Shower Gel* (200ml, £10.95) because this is one of the most invigorating shower gels I've ever used. If you struggle to wake up in the morning, you need this in your life!

Saach Organics Hair Treatments / Hair Masks

Saach Organics have a special range of Hair Treatments that I feel really give you a proper feeling for their Ayurvedic roots. Each mask offers a different targeted treatment for your hair, for example, the Shikakai Hair Mask* is a nourishing treatment for roots to help stimulate healthy hair growth, whereas the Amla Hair Mask* provides a strengthening and hydrating treatment for weak and dehydrated hair. Coloured hair will enjoy the renewing and protecting qualities of the Neem Hair Mask*, and anyone who suffers from dandruff or hair loss should try the Ayurvedic Hair Mask* to reap the benefits of those carefully chosen herbs and plant actives.

Each hair mask comes in a pure powder format and the full pack (100g) will treat shoulder-length hair. As with any new beauty treatment, you should always perform a patch test 48 hours prior to using it to check for any allergies or skin sensitivities. Ayurvedic herbs are quite potent so I feel that a patch test really should be done as a necessity just in case.

To use these masks, simply open the packet and pour the powder into a non-metallic bowl. Gradually add in some lukewarm water and mix with a wooden spoon until you get the consistency of yoghurt. Try not to breathe in the powder as you're mixing as it can make you sneeze! 

Apply the paste all over dry hair and scalp and massage it in. I recommend having a towel around your shoulders and placing one on the floor as the mask paste can stain. Once applied, cover your head in clingfilm and leave for 30-40 minutes. After that, rinse out and shampoo as normal - you may need to do this at least twice to get everything out.

Although messy and time consuming to use, these masks are brilliant for treating their targeted problems and each one left my hair feeling super soft afterwards. Prices from £8.95 per mask.

Last but not least, Saach Organics are well known and loved for their Natural Hair Colour* (£11.95). Like the masks, these are presented as a purely plant-based powder formula based on Henna and the range contains colours from Golden Blonde to Browns, Burgundy and Black. Mid-Week Pamper Treat: Biovène Barcelona Hair Wrap Treatment review

With many of us trying to squeeze in a last-minute summer holiday before school/work-life resumes, it's no surprise that I've seen an increase in search results for travel-friendly beauty essentials. An affordable option that has caught my eye recently are these handy Hair Wrap Treatments from Biovène Barcelona which I've been putting to the test.

Biovène Barcelona is a cruelty-free, natural beauty brand whose products are made without any of the main 'nasties' that most consumers are looking to avoid these days; so their formulas are free from all sulfates, SLS, SLES, Parabens, Formaldehyde, Phthalates, Mineral Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Oxybenzone, Hydroquinone, Triclosan, Triclocarban and they have less than 1% of synthetic fragrances. 

Their speciality is haircare and back in February, I reviewed Biovène's Moisture Volume Solid Shampoo & Conditioner Bars, and this time around I've been trying out the brand's Hair Wrap Treatments which are vegan, cruelty-free and suitable for all hair types.

Available in three varieties, there's an Oil Replacement Treatment (for dry and thinning hair), Thermal Repair Treatment (for sensitive and dandruff prone scalps), and the Hydrate Protect Treatment (for dry and damaged hair). 

Each Hair Wrap Treatment is a single-use product which is basically like a sheet mask for your hair. Depending on which treatment you opt for, you'll find the 'wrap' element to be the same in a pale pink colour and each one comes infused with its targeted formula to address your hair concerns - they range from 95.4% natural ingredients (Hydrate Protect Treatment) to 99% natural (Thermal Repair Treatment).

How To Use

You simply shampoo your hair as normal and then partially dry it with a towel so it's damp but not soaking wet. Open the sachet and unfold the hair wrap - now here's the tricky part. If your hair is shoulder length or longer, you'll need to gather your locks together and scoop them up into the wrap, before folding over the sticky part which keeps everything together. It took me about 5-10 minutes to get the wrap properly applied and my hair is quite fine!

Once wrapped up, massage your head gently to 'infuse' the treatment and leave on for 20 minutes. I'd recommend using this when you're having a bath for the best pampering experience. After the time's finished, rinse thoroughly and dry/style as usual.

Overall thoughts

Having tested out all three treatments, I found the Thermal Repair Treatment to be my favourite by a long shot as it really helped to soothe my irritated scalp and it left my hair lovely and soft afterwards. The Oil Replacement Treatment was a little too rich for my fine hair so if you have thicker and longer hair than mine, I think you'll love it, whereas I didn't notice much of a difference from using the Hydrate Protect Treatment in all honesty.

Although single-use products are something that we should all be using less of for environmental reasons, if you are travelling abroad and need a one-off hair treatment that fits into those stingy liquids allowance bags, Biovène Barcelona's Hair Wrap Treatments are certainly an affordable option for those who are looking for a cruelty-free and vegan-friendly alternative.

They have a commitment to Beauty Without Compromise which means that their products are free from phthalates, ethoxylates, sulfates, silicones, parabens, propylene, butylene glycol, PEG, MEA, TEA, MIA, EDTA and artificial colourants. The range is a dream come true for beauty fans who love experimenting with luxury hair products and I was thrilled to receive three of Innersense's bestsellers to try out for myself.

 Innersense Hydrating Hair Masque* (118ml, £28, link)

As the lengths and ends of my hair are naturally very dry and frizzy, I'm a huge fan of hair masks and I love to include them in a weekly pampering session at home.  The Innersense Hydrating Hair Masque is packed full of ultra-nourishing organic ingredients such as Shea Butter, Monoi Oil, Flaxseed, Tamanu, Hydrolyzed Quinoa and Coconut Oil to hydrate, repair and strengthen dry and damaged hair, whilst adding lots of lovely shine for a gorgeous swish-worthy finish. 

Depending on how dry and/or damaged your hair is to start with, you can either apply the masque for 5-20 minutes after shampooing, or for a really deep and intensive treatment, you can leave it on overnight. I've tried it both as a 20-minute treatment and as an overnight job, and I would say that the 20-minute option is better if you have fine hair like I do as this is a very rich and moisturising masque so that was enough time for my hair to soak up all of that goodness without overloading it. Dry and thick hair will definitely drink it up overnight though!

Innersense I Create Finish Hairspray* (295ml, £24, link)

Unlike some other green beauty and organic brands which are sometimes a bit lacking in their product ranges, Innersense has a hair styling aid for every situation imaginable. Whether you want to enhance your curls, create beachy waves, add volume or prep for more elaborate hairstyles, Innersense has it all, and their I Create Finish Hairspray is a good place to start.

This is a versatile product which will work well with all hair types and can be used as the finishing touch for any occasion. Most mainstream hairsprays use plastic-derived resins to make the hair 'hold', but Innersense has opted for Organic Honey instead which works as a natural resin alternative. Rice Amino Acids, Aloe, Lavender and Rooibos Tea extracts have also been included in the formula to further strengthen and hydrate delicate strands for fuller and shinier looking hair in one quick spritz.

I must admit that it doesn't perform exactly like a mainstream hairspray, but it does deliver a decent amount of hold without any sticky or stiff residue and it's easy to brush out, so there are no complaints here from my fussy hair.

Innersense Refresh Dry Shampoo* (70ml, £22, link)

I try to only wash my hair once or twice a week so I'm an avid user of dry shampoo to keep it refreshed between these washes. Saying that, this is the first time that I've used a dry shampoo which has a foam-to-powder formula so I found this one quite interesting and novel to try out! 

Innersense's Refresh Dry Shampoo works like magic using a clever combination of Tapioca Starch, Witch Hazel, Hydrolyzed Quinoa and Rice Amino Acids which merge together to create a base that sucks up oil from greasy roots without the need to use any Talc (a dominant and somewhat controversial ingredient in many mainstream dry shampoos). The formula quickly changes from a foam to a light powder once it has dried, eliminating excess oil and impurities, and adding some volume and shine. To apply it, I simply added two pumps of foam to my hands and massaged it directly into my roots and left it to dry. Within a minute or so, it had transformed and I then styled it as usual.

Budget Beauty: HASK Charcoal Purifying Shampoo & Conditioner + Unwined Deep Conditioners review

Pop into Superdrug, Boots, Waitrose or Morrisons, and you're likely to come across a stand full of HASK products. The affordable cruelty-free haircare brand seems to be everywhere right now and with beauty gurus such as Caroline Hirons singing their praises, it was high time that I properly check out the brand for myself!

I've been trialling HASK's Charcoal Purifying range, alongside the popular Unwined Deep Conditioners to see what all the fuss is about.

HASK Charcoal Purifying Shampoo* (355ml, £6.99, link)

Last week, I mentioned the growing trend for anti-pollution skincare, but did you know that it's also catching on in haircare too? HASK's Purifying range features Charcoal, which is naturally derived from Coconut Shells, to get rid of impurities and build-up on your hair and scalp, leaving it thoroughly cleansed and swish-worthy. This shampoo (and the whole range) is also free from Sulphates, Parabens, Phthalates, Gluten, Alcohol and Artificial Colours which makes it suitable for all hair types to use, including coloured and damaged. It has a nice fresh scent thanks to Lemon and Grapefruit Oils, and don't be put off by the Charcoal content - it won't stain your hair! I like to use this just once a week to eliminate product and pollution build-up, but if you live or work in a city, you can use it as your everyday shampoo to prevent your hair from looking dull.

HASK Charcoal Purifying Conditioner* (355ml, £6.99, link)

To complement the shampoo, there's a matching Purifying Conditioner which shares the same scent and a similar formula featuring Charcoal, as the Shampoo. It's relatively thick and smoothes onto the hair easily, where it can be left on for up to two minutes as a regular conditioning treat (it's gentle enough for daily use too). I found that it doesn't weigh down my fine hair and leaves it instantly softer and more manageable.

HASK Charcoal Purifying Deep Conditioner* (50ml, £2.99, link)

For the next level up in hair masks, the Purifying Deep Conditioner offers a super-moisturising and clarifying treatment that's ideal for all hair types. Perfect as a weekly or fortnightly dose of TLC for particularly worn out, damaged and parched tresses, this 10 minute hair treatment is sold in a 50ml sachet and you can easily get up to four uses out of it if you have fine hair like I do (thicker and longer hair will probably still get at least two uses!). A handy one to try if you're going away with just hand luggage.

Unwined by HASK Deep Conditioners* (50ml, £3.99 each, link)

HASK have become well known for their Deep Conditioners and their latest range is inspired by popular wines and contains antioxidants derived from grapes (hence the clever pun on the name!). Unwined features four different products, each one bringing its own range of benefits to your hair, and I've been testing out three of them.

The Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir Deep Conditioners are quite similar in my opinion; both are brilliant for helping to deeply nourish and hydrate dry and damaged hair, and they get to work quickly in just 5 minutes so are perfect for those who don't have much pampering time on their hands. My favourite of the three is the Sauvignon Blanc which is infused with Wine Extract, Resveratrol, Grape Seed Oil, Apple Extract and Watermelon Extract, and delivers a lovely glossy shine to lacklustre hair.

Budget Beauty Under £15: Cruelty-Free & Vegan Hair Masks from Noughty and SheaMoisture

It's becoming easier than ever to find cruelty-free and vegan-friendly beauty products on the high street, so I wanted to highlight two of my favourite hair masks that you can pick up for under £15 from your local Boots and Superdrug.

 Noughty To The Rescue Intense Moisture Treatment* (300ml, £8.99, link)

Noughty have recently announced that they are now fully certified as cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny (as many of you will know, it's the internationally recognised gold standard in cruelty-free beauty), which is fantastic news! To celebrate, I wanted to mention one of their bestselling products; the To the Rescue Intense Moisture Treatment which has quite literally rescued my hair on numerous occasions.

Formulated especially for fine, wavy, curly and afro hair types, SheaMoisture's Fruit Fusion Coconut Water Weightless Hair Masque has really perfected the delicate art of balancing essential moisture for dry locks without weighing down fine/thin hair.  This treatment feels wonderfully lightweight and it's brilliant for hydrating and smoothing frizzy tresses and annoying static for an ultra-sleek result. DIY Beauty: Trying Out Abigail James' Berry Beauty Recipes For Dry Winter Skin & Hair #LoveFreshBerries

As much as I enjoy trialling new beauty products, I find it just as fun to whip up some DIY beauty recipes in my kitchen! I wanted to share some super easy ones that you can try out yourself at home, using a variety of fresh berries and all-natural ingredients that you may already have in your fridge or cupboard.  

I love eating all types of berries; strawberries are a definite favourite of mine, but I enjoy all the others too, especially blueberries and raspberries! Not only are they ridiculously good for you, low in fat and packed full of essential nutrients such as Vitamin C, but you can also use them to make your own natural skincare and hair care products which is handy if you're on a budget!

The three beauty recipes below have been created by the celebrity-facialist and skincare guru, Abigail James, and they use a mix of different fresh berries as the star ingredients so that both your skin and hair can reap their benefits. These are perfect for brightening up a dry or dull Winter complexion, and there's a hair mask recipe as well which is ideal for lacklustre hair. 

All of these recipes are made from 100% natural ingredients, so let's get stuck in!

 Mixed Berries Ultimate Face Mask

Ingredients:

• 1 large or 2 small Strawberries 
• 4 Blackberries 
• 8 Blueberries 
• 7 Raspberries
• 2 heaped tablespoon Oats 
• 1 teaspoon of Honey 
• 1 large tablespoon Yoghurt 
• 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil 
• 1 teaspoon Ground Almonds (optional) 

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a smoothie maker and blend for 20 to 30 seconds until everything is thoroughly mixed. Apply with your hands and gently massage over the face and neck, to work the mask into the skin and activate the exfoliating properties, avoiding the eye area. Leave on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove with a warm damp flannel or cloth.

Why It's Good For Your Skin:

This mask has an abundance of antioxidants, vitamins and essential minerals from all of the berries, and it's notably high in Magnesium, Zinc, Potassium and Vitamins A, C and K, the latter of which helps to support healthy blood vessels. Strawberries have natural AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) that exfoliate and brighten the skin to give it a real glowing boost! The other ingredients add their own benefits as well; Honey has incredible anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and healing properties for the skin, Coconut Oil is packed full of Vitamin E and acts as a natural hydrator, and the Oats gives the mask an extra gentle exfoliating action for even smoother skin.

Results:

Although it was a little messy to apply, the results were certainly worth it and I was really surprised by how well it worked! I left it on for the full 10 minutes and experienced a little tingling sensation due to the fruit acids but after rinsing, my skin felt silky smooth and looked noticeably brighter like I'd had a full night's sleep which is brilliant. I'd definitely make this again when my skin needs another all-natural, quick fix, radiance boost!

 Balancing and Brightening Face Mask

Ingredients:

• 15 Blueberries
• 8 Blackberries
• ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1 large teaspoon Honey
• 1 Green Tea bag
• 1 tablespoon Natural Yoghurt

Method:

Boil the kettle and steep your Green Tea bag (White Tea is also an option) and place all the other ingredients into a blender. Remove the teabag, cut it open and add the tea leaves to the blender. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds. This mask is a little runny in texture so you might want to apply it with an artist's paintbrush. Apply one layer evenly over the face, then a second and possibly a third if required. Leave to dry on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes and then dampen your face with a warm flannel or cloth before removing. Finish with a tiny amount of Almond Oil, or your normal facial serum or moisturiser.

Why It's Good For Your Skin

Both Blueberries and Blackberries are little powerhouses of nutrients which makes this mask particularly beneficial for blemish-prone skin. Blueberries contain Salicylates (the salt aspect of Salicylic acid), a widely used antibacterial ingredient found in many skincare products to target spots, large pores, acne and general breakouts, whereas Blackberries are high in Vitamin A which is an essential vitamin when treating breakouts. The high water content of the berries also adds hydration to the skin without contributing extra oil, and their amazing blend of minerals (especially Zinc) are great for problem skin. As mentioned above, Honey has antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, whilst Cinnamon also has its own antibacterial and soothing benefits. Green Tea is included as it's very high in antioxidants and soothing properties and Natural yogurt is used to help restore the skin's flora and acid-alkaline levels.

Results
This mask was a lot runnier than I expected but I followed Abigail's advice and used a paintbrush to apply it which made it much easier to handle. As I applied the layers, the mask tightened as it dried which felt really satisfying and then I removed it with a warm face cloth. Looking in the mirror, my complexion did look more glowy and brighter overall and as my skin type is combination that's prone to breakouts, I think this would be a useful natural treatment for me to incorporate into my routine.

Hair Restoring Strawberry Mask

Ingredients:

• 3 Strawberries
• 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 Egg White
• 1 sprig of Rosemary or 4 drops of Rosemary/Lavender Essential Oil 

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together thoroughly for 20 to 30 seconds. This can be a little messy to apply so best done in the bathroom over the sink. Apply to dry hair; start in the middle of your hair at the root and apply small amounts down the parting. Massage in, then separate the hair and continue to apply all over the scalp, massaging in each time. Then apply whatever is left to the lengths of your hair. Give the scalp a good massage, pile your hair on top of your head and leave on for 20 minutes. Thoroughly rinse off then wash with your normal shampoo and a very small amount of conditioner.

Why It's Good For Your Hair

Strawberries are very high in Vitamin C which supports healthy circulation as it boosts Iron absorption, and they also contain natural Silica for healthy and stronger hair growth. Olive Oil is included to deeply nourish and the proteins in the Egg White help to support the scalp and prevents any excess oiliness. To further boost this natural tonic treatment, Apple Cider Vinegar gives the hair a beautiful glossy finish, while Honey strengthens the hair follicle and Rosemary stimulates blood flow for a healthy scalp.

Results

You definitely need to apply this hair tonic mask over a sink as Abigail recommends because it is quite liquidy and I enlisted the help of my sister to cover the back of my head for me as I found this part a little tricky. Once massaged in though, I could feel a slight tingling like the mask was 'working'  and after rinsing it out, my hair had a gorgeous glossy sheen to it which was impressive! My scalp also felt really good, almost like it had been thoroughly cleansed, so I'd recommend this to anyone who has a dry or itchy scalp like mine.

If you're looking for affordable haircare that's 98% natural and free from SLS, silicones and parabens, you can now find ranges from Organic Shop at Tesco.  

Organic Shop are a budget-friendly Estonian brand who are popular throughout mainland Europe, and they've now launched some of their haircare products in the UK, which have been developed exclusively for Tesco. I tried out an amazing Avocado & Honey Express Repair Hair Mask from them earlier this year (check out my Winter Haircare feature here if you missed it) and was so impressed with it, that I've been eager to get my hands on more of their products! 

These new ranges are all COSMOS Natural certified by the Soil Association which means that all of these products are cruelty-free, have no GM ingredients, controversial chemicals, parabens or phthalates, and no synthetic colours, dyes or fragrances (you can read more about the COSMOS Natural standard here). They also contain some certified organic ingredients, which for such an affordable brand, is really great to see. I've been testing out the following Natural Volumising range for the past couple of weeks, so here are my thoughts on them.

Organic Shop Vibrant Raspberry & Acai Natural Volumising Shampoo* (280ml, £2.50)

The first thing that you'll notice about this shampoo is its gorgeous scent which is fruity and wonderfully uplifting. It's been formulated for normal-to-fine hair that needs a volumising boost and contains organic Acai to thicken and strengthen with Vitamins A, E and B, and there's the Vitamin C packed organic Raspberry extract to brighten and add shine. As this shampoo is SLS and SLES free, it uses Sodium Coco-Sulfate (derived from Coconut Oil), to produce a nice lather that doesn't upset my easily irritated scalp. It leaves my hair thoroughly clean, softer, shinier and much more manageable.

Organic Shop Vibrant Raspberry & Acai Natural Volumising Conditioner* (280ml, £2.50)

The matching conditioner is the product that I feel really helps to add some volume to the hair and it has a great overall texture and consistency to it. It uses similar ingredients to the shampoo and does a brilliant job of hydrating my fine hair, without weighing it down or making it look greasy afterwards, so it's something that I would happily recommend using if you wash your hair on a daily basis. I was very surprised by how much bouncier my hair was after using this and it smelt so good too.

Organic Shop Vibrant Raspberry & Acai Natural Volumising Hair Mask (250ml, £2.50) 

I love using a hair mask at least once a week to help keep my tresses in tip-top condition, and this one is really lovely. As expected, it has a much thicker and richer consistency than the conditioner above and gets to work in just 2-3 minutes which is perfect if you're in a rush. I prefer to leave it on for around 20-30 minutes for a more deeply conditioning treatment though, especially if you have drier hair like I do. After rinsing and drying, my hair definitely looks a bit more fuller and swish-worthy and for only £2.50 a pot, it won't break the bank!

February Empties: Products I've Used Up

Despite being the shortest month of the year, I've somehow managed to use up a ton of products recently, and there are some seriously good products in this empties stash. So without further ado, here are my February Empties.

Botanicals Hands & Nails Replenishing Serum*

I featured this in my November Favourites last year, and I've used it on a regular basis since then to give you an idea of how long it's lasted. It's been an absolute godsend for my nails during this colder weather and has definitely helped to strengthen them, whilst keeping my cuticles in good shape as well. Repurchase? Yes.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

A staple in my skincare routine for years, I always seem to use up a bottle, use something else, and then come back to this! If you haven't tried this iconic beauty before, it's basically a thick cream cleanser that removes makeup in seconds and is nice to use as a quick morning cleanser when it's cold outside. Repurchase? I'm currently trying out a popular high street dupe for this (review on that coming soon!), but I have no doubt that I'll be buying this again at some point.

Shea Moisture Superfruit Complex 10-in-1 Multi-Benefit Hair Masque

Regular readers will have spotted this pink tub in my previous Empties, and it's still one of my favourite hair masks that's affordable and always gives me great results. If you have dry, coloured or damaged hair, I highly recommend it. Repurchase? Will do once I've used up some of my other hair masks.

Antipodes Saviour Skin Balm

Can you tell it's been Winter lately with all the moisturising products that I've used up?! Antipodes Saviour Skin Balm is definitely a saviour for anyone who has dry and irritated skin, anywhere on their face and body. It instantly hydrates, soothes and locks in moisture to keep your skin healthy and happy. A little goes a long way! Repurchase? Yes - it's since been re-packaged in a smaller tube.

Antipodes Grapeseed Butter Cleanser*

Another Antipodes favourite of mine, and I think this is my second jar, is their Grapeseed Butter Cleanser which is amazing for destroying makeup and feels so nourishing on the skin. This thick balm cleanser is also brilliant for dry skin and ideal to use as either a first or second cleanser in the evenings to remove all traces of pollution, dirt and impurities for a really deep clean. Repurchase? Yes.

Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Mask

These ultra-hydrating sheet masks contain Hyaluronic Acid and are a really good quick fix if your skin is dehydrated, dull, stressed or if you're just feeling under the weather and need a skincare boost. Gets to work in just 15 minutes. Repurchase? Already have some more in my stash.

Superdrug Simply Pure Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

My favourite basic eye makeup remover that actually works on waterproof mascara - I've gone through a few bottles of these in the past. Cheap as chips as it's usually on offer for about £1.50, and as it's from Superdrug's own brand range, it's also cruelty-free. Repurchase? Yes.

This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray*

Many of you will know that I have a lot of problems sleeping, so I love using products like this to help, and this one really does work! Lost count of how many bottles I've used of this now. Repurchase? I'm testing out some other brands of pillow sprays at the moment, but I have a feeling I'll be going back to this one.

S.W Basics Makeup Remover

Despite having used this in the past, I'm still not convinced by it as I always feel like it leaves a slightly greasy film on my skin, even after rinsing thoroughly. I've never had any breakout issues as a result luckily, but there are lots of other oil-based makeup removers that I definitely prefer over this one. Repurchase? No.

S.W Basics Cinnamon Lip Balm

I have a tiny, tiny bit of this still left that I'll dig out of the tube later, but I wanted to include it as I know it'll be done by the end of the week. Made from just five natural ingredients, this is a lovely lip balm that gets the job done, and if you like cinnamon, you'll love it even more. Repurchase? Yes.

Batiste 2-in-1 Invisible Dry Shampoo & Conditioner

I picked this up as an 'emergency' when I ran out of dry shampoo whilst staying at my sister's over Christmas, and I have to admit that this stuff is just terrible! It did absolutely nothing for my hair and left lots of residue and build up instead. Repurchase? No!

JOIK White Chocolate Bath Truffle*

I've mentioned these chocolate bath truffles from JOIK before, and they are so nice to use when your skin is dry and it's freezing cold outside. Rich in cocoa butter, they always leave my whole body feeling so soft and pampered afterwards. Repurchase? Already have some more in my bathroom.
