Green People Age Defy SPF15 DD Tinted Moisturiser review
As we slowly move closer towards those glorious warmer months (or at least the promise of them!), many of us will begin to look for lighter bases to use in our makeup routines.  Luckily, Green People's latest DD Tinted Moisturiser ticks all the right boxes and more.

Green People Age Defy SPF15 DD Tinted Moisturiser review
I'm a big fan of tinted moisturisers because the good ones combine great skincare benefits with a light level of coverage.  They make morning routines that much more manageable when you're in a rush too; you only need to slap on the one product and your base is done.  Green People's Age Defy SPF15 DD Tinted Moisturiser is definitely a good example of a tinted moisturiser done well.

Moisturiser / 'DD' benefits
Using a 98.4% natural formula (of which 13% is certified organic), this Tinted Moisturiser has 'DD' benefits which stands for Daily Defence.  It uses key natural active ingredients such as Sea Fennel, Tiare Tahiti and Almond to help fight the signs of ageing, reducing fine lines and wrinkles overtime and promoting increased cell turnover for healthy looking skin.  The Sea Fennel stem cells in particular have brightening, firming, hydrating and cell regenerating qualities to keep skin looking younger for longer.  On top of this, there's added SPF15 to protect against both UVA and UVB rays, and we all know that sunscreen is the best anti-aging ingredient of them all!

The Tinted Moisturiser feels hydrating but it doesn't turn my Combination skin greasy and instead has a more balanced, ever so slightly dewy finish to it.  It comes with a pump and is super easy to apply.  There's a light, fresh, pleasant scent to it but not one that lingers after blending.

Tinted/ coverage benefits
The formula also has Natural Earth Mineral pigments which adapt to your skin tone.  This is available in two shades, Light and Medium, of which Medium is shown below.  It looks quite dark but actually blends out really easily and provides a good even and light coverage on the skin.  It really helps mine look more naturally sunkissed and glowy without having any shimmer in it.  The coverage lasts well throughout the day and I didn't experience any issues with it oxidising or going patchy.

At £34.95, it's certainly not cheap but if you're looking for a new tinted moisturiser to try out that has clean ingredients and added anti-aging benefits, it's definitely one to try.

Green People Age Defy SPF15 DD Tinted Moisturiser* (30ml) is available from Naturisimo.com who offer free worldwide shipping.  You can also get 10% off your order by entering the code TREAT into the checkout - enjoy!

  3. Wow, Medium does look dark, but I'm glad to hear it blends in well with your skintone! Sounds like a really great product for Summer. I just can't wait to not wear boots every single day...
