One of the world's most famous and much loved contemporary fragrances has been re-packaged into a stunning refillable multi dimensional star bottle. Get ready to swoon all you Thierry Mugler Angel lovers.
When I was at college, I studied Photography along with the usual academic subjects and I used to love visiting the glass making studio which was around the corner from the photo developing booths. There's just something so eye catching about glass objects that brings out my inner magpie. Since then, I've collected a few pieces of glass as art and particularly love anything that shows off a lot of creativity and craftsmanship.
You can imagine my sheer delight then when the brand new refillable Thierry Mugler Angel Gravity bottle arrived on my doorstep. This bottle is a serious work of art and looks utterly jaw droppingly beautiful. The new bottle has been designed by Virginie Delpeuc'h and Stephanie Calvi who are the Artistic Directors at Thierry Mugler. Their vision was to create not just any kind of perfume bottle, but a work of art and one that reflects the many facets of the feminine persona. The end result is simply stunning.
The Thierry Mugler Angel Gravity star can be held numerous ways as shown above and below, and the attention to detail is incredible.
As mentioned before, this is one of the new refillable bottles so the bottle can be used again and again. For those new to the actual fragrance, Thierry Mugler's iconic Angel is often described as such, "It has a celestial top of bergamot and helional as pure and transparent as air; a delicious heart of fruit and honey which evoke mouth-watering childhood memories; and a sensual passionate base of vanilla, chocolate, caramel and patchouli." To me, it's a sweet fragrance overall, but one that's complex and interesting thanks to all of the different notes and there's something wildly confident and comforting about it.
And did I mention how beautiful the bottle is?!
