Currently Loving: Zoya Renew Polish Rejuvenator review

A picture of Zoya Renew Polish Rejuvenator
Nail Polish was the main beauty item that I collected before I started blogging, and now I have amassed quite the collection.  Despite my best intentions however, I am guilty of neglecting some of my stash which easily leads to some polishes becoming a bit thick and gloopy.  Which is where Zoya's Renew Polish Rejuvenator comes into play.

There are lots of products on the market that will restore your favourite nail polishes to their former glory, but I chose Zoya Renew Polish Rejuvenator for two simple reasons.  Firstly, I'm a huge fan of Zoya in general and own a lot of their nail polishes.  The quality is always fantastic and I've yet to be disappointed by any of their offerings so I had an inkling that Renew would be a good one to try.  And secondly, it was on sale for a mere £3.50 (sadly ended now!) and I could not pass by such a great bargain!

So onto Zoya Renew; it's a simple concept that does the job.  You add one drop of Renew to any nail polish that has thickened or has gone gloppy and then roll the bottle slowly between your hands to mix it in.  Next you just need to check the consistency and add another drop or two if needed.  Make sure you check the consistency after each drop is added and mixed because if you add too many drops all at once, it could make your nail polish too thin.

In a nutshell, Zoya Renew has so far worked for all of the nail polishes I've used it with (OPI, China Glaze, Barry M, Models Own, Zoya of course, Butter London, Maybelline, NYC, So Susan, etc) and I'm very impressed to say the least.  It's even worked with the notorious Seche Vite topcoat, though I did have to use around 5-6 drops!  If you're a nail polish addict like me, you need this in your life.  My only regret is that I wish I'd picked up more when it was on sale!

Zoya Renew Polish Rejuvenator (15ml, £10) is available from various stockists including nailpolishdirect.co.uk.  The formula is '4-free' so it's free from Formaldehyde, Toluene, Camphor and Dibutyl Phthalate.

Have you tried this?  Do you use a product like this?

  2. Such a good idea! I love Zoya and I have the polish on today that I bought at the Field Trip Tour. I took the time to use their kit with the base coat & top coat in it and its lasted way longer now!

  3. Oh I wish I knew about this thing earlier! I hate it when nail polishes turn gloopy and it's such a waste to throw them out.

    1. It is, makes me sad to throw them away so I like the fact I can sort of 'recycle' my polishes now!
