August Empties: Products I've Used Up
Another month has flown by so it's time for another Empties post! You guys know the drill by now - here are all of the products that I've managed to use up recently, and my final thoughts on whether I'll be repurchasing them again or not.

St Tropez Everyday Gradual Tan Mousse
If you love self-tanning but find it a bit too high maintenance to do all the time, this is a great product to use to effectively 'top up' your fake tan when it starts to fade, thus pro-longing the wear time. You can of course also use it as intended which is as a subtle everyday gradual tanner to add a light sunkissed glow (would definitely suit pale skintones).  Looks very natural and is super easy to apply thanks to the mousse formula. This is my second or third bottle and you can often find St. Tropez in TKMaxx for much cheaper prices. Repurchase? Yes.

Organic Surge Spiced Lily Foaming Bath*
This was from a Christmas bundle set and it has a lovely, gently warming spicy scent to it so I liked to use it when I've been feeling stressed to help me unwind. Have used up a bottle of it before and always tend to associate it with the Autumn and Winter months. SLS free, 98.9% natural and very budget friendly. Repurchase? I'm working my way through some bath and shower products at the moment but it's something I'll definitely pick up again in the near future.

Jurlique Rose Hand Cream*
I've had this on my bedside table for months and months as the tube is huge and a little goes a long way with it! It's really thick and luxurious with a delicate rose scent which I just adore. I absolutely love this hand cream because it's so moisturising and makes my dry hands so soft. Repurchase? Will do after I've used some others up first.

Philip Kingsley One More Day Dry Shampoo (travel size)
I featured this in my 'Best Of The Travel Mini's' post and finished it off a couple of days ago. Works really well, smells nice and fresh, and it doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp. Repurchase? If I see it on offer again yes.

Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash(travel size)
Have mentioned this numerous times and I still love it.  The scent is wonderfully uplifting and summery, and the creamy formula is great for hydrating dry skin. One of my favourites for sure. Repurchase? Yes.

Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Hand Cream* (sachet)
This is from Weleda's new extended Almond range and the scent is unbelievably good! A gorgeous moisturising, non-sticky hand cream which feels a lot more expensive that it actually is. Repurchase? Yes, I'd buy it for the scent alone!

Murad Sheer Lustre Day Moisture SPF 15 (travel size)
After the first use, I initially really liked this, but on the second / third use, I noticed that it was starting to break me out so I stopped using it. Just didn't work for me. Repurchase? No.

Benefit They're Real! Push Up Liner (travel size)
Hated, hated, hated this so much! Try as I might, I could not get it to apply smoothly as it seemed to ball up or come out too thickly each time, and the applicator just sucked as it was so hard to achieve a flick or straight line with it. Massively overhyped IMO. Repurchase? No.

  1. Love the sound of the Weleda hand cream, I do love Almond scents. I never understood the hype around the Benefit liner, the applicator just didn't appeal to me at all, I don't know how people use it! x
