Beauty Brews Organic Teas review
I was introduced to Beauty Brews Organic Teas via LoveLula's beauty box last month (link), and I loved it so much that I just had to get my hands on some more of their unique flavours!

Beauty Brews Organic Teas review
Beauty Brews have got it going on. Their range of organic loose teas are quite simply exquisite and they come packaged in beautiful tins that feature a cute witch and cauldron illustration. Their teas are all based around wellbeing concepts to help you enjoy a particular moment and feeling, with blends being appropriately named 'Energy', 'Poise', 'Balance' and 'Bliss' to give a few examples. Most important of all though, the teas all taste amazing. A lot of 'healthy' teas can be a little too bitter or bland, but these have been composed to be delicious and good for you.

Beauty Brews currently have nine different flavours available, and I've been trying out three of them below.

If you're into sweet fruit teas with a twist, Poise is the one for you. When you open the tin, you can instantly smell how wonderfully fruity this tea is, and it doesn't lose any of that appeal once it's brewed either (more often than not I'm disappointed with fruit teas because they never taste as good as they smell, but that's thankfully not the case with this one!).

Poise is a Rooibos based tea which is blended with Strawberry, Ginger, Apple, Cinnamon, Fennel, Chamomile, Orange Peel, Cloves and Cardamom. The Strawberry element comes through the strongest at first, and then you start to taste a bit of the zingy Ginger mixed with everything else. It's a refreshing tea that would be perfect to start your day with.

Who doesn't want some peace and quiet at the end of a busy day? This Beauty Brews tea helps to calm the mind and relax the senses with its serene composition of Green Tea China Wu Lu, Ginger, Chamomile, Elderflower, Lime-Tree, Marigold and Sunflower Blossoms.

Peace has a delicate floral flavour with an earthy, but pleasant Green Tea core. It surprised me a lot because it's completely different to any flavoured green tea that I've tried, and it's a good one to reach for when you want to wind down for the evening at home.

Although I've been enjoying savouring all three of these flavours, if I had to choose just one favourite, it would probably be Balance. I'm a huge fan of anything mint, and mint tea especially is something that I drink a lot of. However, like the Peace tea above, this one is also very unique compared to others that I've drunk in the past.

Balance is a perfect blend of Nana Mint, Nettle, Orange, Lemongrass, Apple, Cinnamon, Coriander, Ginger, Cloves and Cardamon. Packed full of anti-oxidants, the mint has a pleasant cooling tingle to it, which combined with the uplifting and zesty powers of the Ginger and Lemongrass, result in a thoroughly refreshing drink that works really well as an iced tea too.

To enjoy any of the Beauty Brews teas, I simply added 1-2 teaspoons (depending on how strong you like your tea) to hot water and let it steep for a couple of minutes. The Peace one only needed around 2-3 minutes, whereas Balance and Poise benefited from a full 5 minutes each. My favourite way to infuse loose tea is with my trusty Adagio ingenuiTea* teapot which is still going strong after two years of everyday use, but you can of course use whatever you have available. Serve in your best china and enjoy a moment of Balance, Poise or Peace whenever you need it.

Beauty Brews Organic Teas* (50g, £11.50 each) are available from LoveLula.com
