5 Natural & Cruelty-Free Fragrances To Try This Summer

Thursday, 27 May 2021

The sun has finally come out to play and Summer definitely feels like it's on its way! As the new season approaches, I thought I'd put together an edit of some of my favourite cruelty-freenatural fragrances for the Summer months ahead.

Try If You Like Sensual & Exotic Scents: Balm Balm Single Note Ylang Ylang Eau de Parfum* (33ml, £22, link)

Regular readers will know that I'm obsessed with all things Ylang Ylang so this natural perfume from Balm Balm had to be my number one pick. If you haven't tried these Balm Balm Single Note Eau de Parfums yet, you're truly missing out! Made from simply essential oil and pure grain alcohol, these fragrances are 100% vegan, natural and organic (certified by the Soil Association) and feature just a single essential oil for the purest outcome. Ylang Ylang is a bold and sensual perfume and can be worn on its own or layered with other single-note fragrances from the Balm Balm range.

Try If You Like Happy & Uplifting Scents: Kathleen Natural Citrus Cheer Roll On Perfume* (10ml, £18.40, link)

For those who prefer an alcohol-free fragrance, you can't go wrong with these lovely Kathleen Natural rollerball perfumes. 100% natural, cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, my favourite is called Citrus Cheer which sums up this scent so well! This essential oil blend has top notes of Lemon and a heart of Rosewood which is layered over a base of Geranium. Happy and uplifting, it's guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Try If You Like Fruity & Fresh Scents: Pacifica Tuscan Blood Orange Roll-On Perfume* (10ml, £12.99, link)

With its slim and chic design, it's easy to see why the Pacifica Roll-On Perfumes are so popular and I've tried out various scents from this range over the years. The one that I keep repurchasing on a yearly basis though is the Tuscan Blood Orange Perfume which marries together juicy Blood Orange with zesty Italian Mandarin, plus lovely sparkling Raspberry and Strawberry notes to keep the Summer vibes going strong all season long. Natural, cruelty-free and suitable for vegans.

Try If You Like Sweet & Comforting Scents: Bloomtown The Café Roll-On Infused Oil* (10ml, £6, link)

If you're on a budget, I highly recommend the Roll-On Infused Oils from the British natural brand Bloomtown. Handmade in Truro, Cornwall, these are seriously underrated and they are an absolute steal at just £6! The range is certified cruelty-free, vegan, and palm-oil-free, and they have six signature scents to choose from. I love The Café which is a sublime blend of Hazelnut, Vanilla, Coffee and Chocolate for a sweet and cosy fragrance. Not only that, but these double up as nourishing oils for your skin and hair too and can be used to hydrate dry skin areas, as well as smoothing split ends - pretty clever indeed!

Try If You Like Contemporary & Fun Scents: Flaya Island Eau de Parfum* (10ml, £12.99, link)

Flaya is a new brand discovery for me and I was delighted to come across their natural, organic and vegan-friendly perfumes when I was browsing LoveLula one evening. This small, family-run business specialises in fragrances that are created from only natural and plant-based ingredients. Each perfume is handmade, hand-bottled and hand-packed in the UK, and the brand is proud to have several certifications from a range of ethical companies including the Vegan Society and the Ethical Consumer Best Buy label. I decided to try their Island fragrance recently and I've been smitten with it ever since. It's a warm, fun and modern scent with happy fresh Citrus notes combined with sensual undertones of Ylang Ylang.

Project Pan #7: 6 Months Of Makeup Empties
I think it's time for another Project Pan post, don't you think? I love doing these with my makeup products. It's a fun way to 'shop your stash' without needing to buy anything new of course, and it's oh-so-satisfying when you finally use something up!

Regular readers will know that I've been doing Project Pans for a number of years now and they still remain one of my most requested posts. But if you're new to all of this and have no idea what a Project Pan is, let me quickly go over some details to help you catch up.

A Project Pan is where you choose a number of products to either completely use up or 'hit pan' on, within a certain timeframe. I first heard about the concept from several makeup community groups, but they have since grown to incorporate any type of beauty product from skincare, haircare to body care and even items like candles - you can basically do a Project Pan for anything that you like!

I tend to focus mine on makeup as I like to include other beauty products in my monthly Empties posts (which are you can check out here). For this latest PP, I set myself the goal of using up 15 makeup items in 6 months, which sadly was a little too ambitious as I ended on 11, but nevertheless, I'll count it as an achievement anyway ;)

Here's what I used up:-
Project Pan #7: 6 Months Of Makeup Empties
Tropic Tinted Skin Shade SPF 50 in Medium/Dark*
The only base product that I finished up was this Tinted Skin Shade from Tropic which is a fantastic tinted mineral facial sunscreen and one of my favourite products to use on a hot and sunny day - I think this is the second or third tube that I've gone through. I really loved the light-medium coverage, the SPF 50 sun protection and the fact that it didn't feel greasy or heavy on the skin. It's cruelty-free and vegan-friendly too. Repurchase? Definitely.

NYX High Definition Eyeshadow Base
I have quite oily eyelids so an eyeshadow base/primer is a must-have to prevent shadows from creasing. I decided to pick this one from up from NYX after reading so many positive reviews, and whilst it worked very well and is a much cheaper alternative, I still don't think it's as good as the Urban Decay Primer Potion, unfortunately. Repurchase? Probably not.

Lily Lolo Big Lash Mascara*
After being somewhat disappointed by Lily Lolo's Natural Mascara, I didn't have high hopes for their Big Lash Mascara, but I was pleased to be wrong! This is one of the best natural mascaras that I've ever tried, and I've tried a LOT! It lengthens, darkens, adds volume, doesn't flake or smudge and gives you big, full lashes. Amazing stuff. Repurchase? Yes.

Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealing Creme in Butterscotch
Words cannot describe how much I love this concealer and it must be the third pot that I've used up since discovering it a couple of years ago. A little goes a long way as it's so thick and pigmented (I've had this pot for well over a year), and I find that it covers up practically everything, but it's especially useful for stubborn blemish and acne marks thanks to its full-coverage abilities. Repurchase? Definitely.

Project Pan #7: 6 Months Of Makeup Empties
bareMinerals Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara (travel size)
This was a great mascara - it separates, lengthens, adds volume, doesn't smudge or flake, but I only managed to get about two or three uses out of it before it dried up. I'm not sure if this happened because it was a travel size that I received in an online GWP, so I'd need to research reviews of the full-size to double-check before purchasing another. Repurchase? Not sure.

PIXI Lash Line Ink
Another product that dried up very quickly (in less than a month of opening it) was this liquid eyeliner pen from PIXI. I loved the richly pigmented formula and the skinny nib for creating easy cat-eye flicks, however, there are other liquid eyeliners out there that last considerably longer! Repurchase? I have another one so I'll use that up and see if the same thing happens.

B. Sculpt & Highlight Contour in 02 Medium*
It takes me forever to use up products like blushers, bronzers and highlighters so I was very pleased that I finished off this dual-ended contour stick from B. One end has a nude highlight and the other has a medium-toned contour shade (see swatches here), both of which are matte and cream formulas which blend effortlessly into the skin. Super easy to use and very convenient to have in your makeup bag, especially if you travel a lot. One of the best budget makeup products that I've ever used. Repurchase? Yes.

Project Pan #7: 6 Months Of Makeup Empties
Living Nature Lipstick in Bloom*
I'm a creature of habit when it comes to lipsticks and will often carry a couple of different shades in my handbag and basically wear them to death! It's no surprise then that I used up this beauty from Living Nature. Bloom is a gorgeous everyday pink that looks particularly amazing in the Spring and Summer months. You can see a swatch of it hereRepurchase? I'm tempted but I have so many similar lipsticks that I'd like to finish off first.

NEEK Skin Organics Natural Lipstick in Come Into My World*
This lippie is more of a pale/nude pink that had a lovely matte formula. It's one that I would reach for when I wanted to pair it with a smokey eye for a night out and it looks equally as pretty just worn for every day - see a swatch hereRepurchase? Again, I have too many similar shades to use up!

Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness*
Another easy to wear, gorgeous everyday shade is Pacifica's Tenderness which is part of their Devocean Natural Lipsticks range. It's a little lighter than my natural lip colour but not as pale as the NEEK lipstick above, so it provided a good 'in-between' colour option. Repurchase? I'd definitely buy this again at some point in the near future!

Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes (travel size)
Despite loving pretty much everything else from Charlotte Tilbury, this mascara was sadly a bit of a let down as I found it very clumpy and it gave me smudgy panda eyes (not a cute look!). Not for me. Repurchase? No.

Vegan Makeup: Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness and Natural Mystik - Review & Swatches #Veganuary

Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness and Mystik - Review & Swatches
If going vegan with your makeup is one of your New Year's resolutions or you're simply in the market for a new affordable lippie, Pacifica's popular Devocean Natural Lipsticks are sure to please!

Pacifica is perhaps best known for their extensive range of island-inspired fragrances and I personally adore their handy pocket-sized rollerballs (check out my review of those here). Amongst the perfumes, candles, and body care, you'll also find a growing line of natural mineral-based cosmetics - in particular, they do a beautiful palette with eyeshadows, blusher and highlighter shades (see my review and swatches here), and their 7-free nail polishes are a must-try (reviewed here).

Today though, I'm focusing on Pacifica's Devocean Natural Lipsticks, and like everything else from the brand, they're 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness and Mystik - Review & Swatches
Packaged in slim white tubes with Pacifica's classic gold branding design on them, these twist-up lipsticks are always easy to find in my makeup bag. Their formula is free from a long list of 'nasties' such as mineral oil, parabens, phthalates, petroleum, propylene glycol and SLS to name but a few, and being vegan, they are of course free from all animal ingredients, so if you've been struggling to find a high-quality lipstick that doesn't contain the likes of carmine, beeswax or lanolin, these lipsticks may just be your new best friend!

On the lips they feel creamy and hydrating thanks to nourishing ingredients such as Shea Butter,  Jojoba Oil and Candelilla Wax and they glide on smoothly without any issues. They have a natural plant wax type of scent that's mingled in with a hint of vanilla, but it's not offensive to my nose and I personally can't taste anything when it's on. Depending on the shape of your lips, you'll either love or hate the bullet, but I really like it and find them easy to apply.

The Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipsticks are some of the best 'natural' lipsticks that I've tried and I'm impressed by their longevity, pigmentation and finish, as well as their affordability for a product of this quality. There are currently five shades available which is the only real drawback, and I hope that Pacifica adds some more colours in the near future. In the meantime, my two favourites, Tenderness and Natural Mystik are shown below.

Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness Review & Swatches
Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Tenderness
Tenderness is a classic everyday nude-pink that leans a little lighter on my lips than I was expecting from the colour in the bullet, but I love it! It's one of those easy to wear shades that I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of as it goes with everything.

Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Mystik - Review & Swatches
Pacifica Devocean Natural Lipstick in Natural Mystik
Natural Mystik, on the other hand, is my current go-to shade for weekends and evenings as it's that perfect medium red-brown shade, without being too 90s brown if you get what I mean?!  I think this colour would be very flattering for a range of skin tones and it's just gorgeous for Winter.

Summer Fragrances: Pacifica Perfume Roll-On - Waikiki Pikake, Island Vanilla, Tuscan Blood Orange & Hawaiian Ruby Guava review

Pacifica Perfume Roll-On - Waikiki Pikake, Island Vanilla, Tuscan Blood Orange & Hawaiian Ruby Guava review
Looking for a new Summer fragrance? Or simply want to find something travel-friendly to pop into your suitcase for your holiday this year? Look no further, Pacifica's range of Perfume Roll Ons will keep you smelling sweet and fresh all Summer long!

Pacifica are one of those amazing brands that seem to do a bit of everything; from makeup to body care, to soaps and candles, they inject a fun and vibrant vibe into all of their products. Based in Portland, Oregon in the USA, Pacifica are one of the most popular and affordable brands on the green beauty scene. Their colourful ranges are inspired by travel and adventure, and all of their products are natural, handmade, cruelty-free and suitable for vegans, as well as being free from lead, parabens, mineral oils, GMOs and phthalates.

The brand are most famous for their unique fragrances which can be easily found across many of their main product lines, and I've had my eye on their Perfume Roll Ons for a while now. These are made using a base of natural, pure grain-derived alcohol, which is blended with a little water and a mix of essential oils. With Summer on the way, I decided to pick up these four scents to try out.

Pacifica Perfume Roll-On - Waikiki Pikake, Island Vanilla, Tuscan Blood Orange & Hawaiian Ruby Guava review
Pacifica Perfume Roll-On in Waikiki Pikake*
Waikiki Pikake is described as a homage to the lush wooded and flowered paradise that represented old Hawaii, and this fragrance is a beautiful fresh floral with a woody undertone to it. Notes of exotic Jasmine are the most dominant here, but there's a lovely warming Sandalwood base which helps to balance it out.

Pacifica Perfume Roll-On in Island Vanilla*
Vanilla fans will adore Island Vanilla which is one of the nicest 'sweet' scents that I've come across in a long time! I was worried it would be a little cloying at first, as it starts off quite strong when you initially apply it, but it soon dries down to a sultry, sexy, floral Vanilla fragrance that would be perfect to wear on hot Summer nights.

Pacifica Perfume Roll-On in Tuscan Blood Orange*
If you like bright, fresh and citrusy scents, Tuscan Blood Orange is a must-have. Featuring a blend of zesty Orange and Italian Mandarin, it's a comforting and sophisticated perfume which helps to lift your mood and always make me feel like I've got an extra spring in my step.

Pacifica Perfume Roll-On in Hawaiian Ruby Guava*
My personal favourite scent out of these four though is definitely Hawaiian Ruby Guava which literally smells like a tropical paradise. The fresh, fruity, juicy Guava notes are obviously the strongest in here, but there are also some underlying hints of Coconut which adds to the overall exotic island vibe. Delicious!

Overall thoughts?
These Perfume Roll-Ons are a great way to try out Pacifica's signature fragrances and they are super convenient to pop into your bag. They all start off quite strong at first, so don't be put off when you apply them as they do dry down nicely to a more subtle fragrance within a matter of minutes. Being natural perfumes, they're not as long-lasting as mainstream brands, but the handy roll-on applicator means that it takes no time at all to re-apply them throughout the day. Having tried out these four, I definitely want to try all of the other scents!

Pacifica Perfume Roll-Ons (10ml, £12 each) are available in the UK from LoveLula.com. If you like these scents, you can also purchase them in full-size bottles, as well as in solid perfume tins.

Pacifica 7-Free Nail Polishes - Review & Swatches
Pacifica is a brand that are mainly known for their exotic fragrances, but did you know that they also do a range of makeup as well? I reviewed their bestselling Solar Colour Mineral Palette last year (click here if you missed it) and I've been curious to try more of their cosmetics ever since. A few weeks ago, a package of their 7-free Nail Polishes arrived on my doorstep and I couldn't wait to try them out!

Pacifica prides itself on being cruelty-free and all of their products are also suitable for vegans to use, so I wasn't surprised to see that their Nail Polishes are 7-free (formulated without Parabens, Phthalates (dibutyl phthalate), Toluene, Xylene, Camphor, Formaldehyde and Resin). The bottles have a contemporary square design and feature the brand's seashell/beach themed print in gold wrapped around the lid which I think looks super cute. But as always, it's what's inside that counts and these nail polishes are certainly on a par quality-wise with many of its mainstream counterparts.

The brush is a good size (slightly thinner and smaller than some other brands, which allows for a more precise application), and the polish glides on smoothly for a richly pigmented level of coverage in just two coats. They took a little longer than expected to fully dry, but the results were definitely worth it with a beautiful glossy finish, even without the top coat.

Pacifica Nail Polish in Pink Moon swatches review
Pacifica Nail Polish in Pink Moon*

Pink Moon is a pale pastel pink that has just enough brightness to it to make it stand out from the other nude-pinks that I have in my nail polish collection. It applied easily in just two coats for an opaque true-to-the-bottle colour. A good one to try for Spring!

Pacifica Nail Polish in Drift review swatches
Pacifica Nail Polish in Drift*

Drift, on the other hand, is one of those gorgeous, super easy-to-wear mauvey taupes that always seems to go with practically any outfit. Like Pink Moon, this one also applied nicely in two coats and had an even glossier finish to it.  I really love the subtle purple undertones and if you look closely, it has the tiniest hint of iridescent shimmer that makes it even more pretty.

Pacifica Gloss Top & Base Coat*
I also tested out the Gloss Top & Base Coat which provided a lovely smooth base for the polish, and finished it off with a slick of shiny gloss for a gel-like look. I noticed that I got around 2-3 days worth of wear when I wore the polishes on their own before I started to see some chipping occur, but with this Top Coat, you can definitely stretch it out to an extra day or so which isn't too bad for a more natural formula!

Pacifica Nail Polishes (13.3ml, RRP £9.99 each) are available from JandeVrieshealth.co.uk

Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
Makeup palettes are a serious weakness of mine and I've fallen head over heels in love with Pacifica's coconut scented Solar Palette, which is full of shimmery goodness for the summer months ahead.

Despite being a fan of Pacifica's perfumes and their gorgeous candles, I hadn't properly looked into their mineral makeup range until recently. I decided to get my hands on one of their bestselling makeup palettes after seeing some rave reviews from a few other bloggers. I also think a palette is a great way to be introduced to a brand's makeup range that you haven't tried out before, as you can get a good feel for their formulas and test out a bunch of different products at the same time. Win win!
Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
Pacifica's Solar Palette is described as a 'Complete Colour Mineral Palette for bright eyes and sunkissed highlights' which sounded perfect for me as I was looking for a new palette that was more Summer friendly. The packaging is pretty and functional - it opens up like a book, feels sturdy enough to travel with and has a strong magnetic clasp to keep everything in order during your travels. I was expecting to see a mirror inside though as it would have been handy to have one included, but I generally always pack a separate one anyway, so that's not too much of a problem for me.

The Pacifica Solar Palette consists of three cream highlighters, a mineral blusher, a mineral bronzer and six mineral eyeshadows, and everything by Pacifica is cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and free from nasties such as mineral oil, parabens, phthalates, petroleum, propylene glycol, SLS etc. When I opened up the palette, I could instantly smell coconut thanks to a natural coconut fragrance being included in the cream highlighter formulas, and the other products are also infused with Coconut Oil as well!

Let's take a closer look at the contents:-
Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
 Cream Highlighters

The top row of the palette is where you'll find three shades of coconut-scented cream highlighters; Gold Dust (pale shimmery gold), Island Rose (shimmery rosy pink) and Pink Opal (pale light pink with a touch of shimmer). All three of these highlighters are very natural looking and subtle on the skin - they give you a 'bit of glow', rather than a megawatt beam of light if you catch my drift. They have a cream to powder finish and are really easy to apply with fingers - just dip in, dab on and blend out - super easy!

Staying power isn't the greatest with these though, as I found they disappeared on my oily/combo skin after 2-3 hours, however, you can prolong this by an extra hour or so by using a primer underneath. For my light olive skin tone, I find that Gold Dust suits me the best for a gorgeous sunny glow, and I really like Island Rose as a pinky highlighter-meets-blush for when I just want a subtle wash of colour on my cheeks. Pink Opal, however, requires quite a lot of building up to show up on my skin, so I think that one would be better suited to paler skin tones than mine.
Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
 Mineral Blusher & Bronzer

Underneath the cream highlighters, you'll find two large pans; a mineral blusher named Flushed Blush on the left, and a mineral bronzer called Bronzed Bronze on the right. The pigmentation of both of these really surprised me - with just two swipes I got an intense blusher and bronzer as you can see in the swatches above.

Flushed Blush is one of those classic peachy bronzy blushers with a fine gold shimmer running through it. It looks beautiful on and adds a lot of warmth and radiance - I love it! Bronzed Bronze is a light-medium bronzer and works well for adding a light contour and definition to the face, as well as a healthy looking, sun-kissed glow all over. As both of these are so pigmented, I'd recommend using them with a light hand for daytime wear, and then you can easily build them up for a summer evening/night time look later on if you wanted to.
Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
Pacifica Solar Palette - Review & Swatches
Eyeshadows

The last two rows are dedicated to six mineral eyeshadows, all of which are shimmery, though some are more prominent than others. The eyeshadows are called Neptune (bold bright yellow), Glow (pale pastel pink), Treasure (metallic bronze), Coral (bright coppery coral), Mermaid Aqua (light turquoise with silver shimmer) and Sandalwood (rich brown with gold shimmer).

My personal favourites out of these are Treasure, Sandalwood and Coral, the first two being the most pigmented out of the six. I also really like Mermaid Aqua and Neptune for something different, and both of these look really cool applied underneath the lower waterline for a pop of colour. The mineral-based formula for these eyeshadows is great - they feel buttery soft, apply smoothly and blend easily, with the exception of Glow which feels a little chalky and stiff. All in all though, I'm very impressed with this palette and I know that I'll be getting a lot of use out of it in the months ahead!

Pacifica Solar Colour Mineral Palette* is priced at £33.99 and is available from LoveLula.com

Mother's Day Gift Guide 2017: Part Two
Following on from yesterday's post, here's the second and final part of my Mother's Day Gift Guide for this year which is full of gift ideas for mums who are into more green and natural beauty. Everything featured in this one is also £20 or under!
JOIK Cinnamon Bun Candle
For Mums Who Love Sweet Scented Candles: JOIK Cinnamon Bun Candle* (145g, £12.50, link)

JOIK are Estonia's bestselling natural brand and as well as their gorgeous bath and body products, they also have a divine range of handmade candles in the most delicious scents. All of their candles are made from natural soy wax which is infused with high-quality cosmetic grade fragrance oils. As they're free from paraffin, they burn cleanly (hooray for no black smoke!) and the scent throw from them is really impressive - much better than anything that I used to buy from Yankee Candle! The scent that I've chosen to feature here is called Cinnamon Bun which is completely on point because it smells exactly like freshly baked cinnamon buns with those delectable notes of sugar and spice coming through. They burn for around 30 hours, are super affordable and thanks to LoveLula, are available to purchase online here in the UK.
Living Nature Bliss Rose Tinted Lip Hydrator
For Mums Who Like Easy Fuss-Free Makeup: Living Nature Bliss Rose Tinted Lip Hydrator* (3.9g, £15, link)

My mum enjoys wearing makeup when she's going out for dinner in the evening or celebrating a special occasion, but for everyday, she likes to keep things low-key which is why I think she'd love something like this new Tinted Lip Hydrator from Living Nature. Perfect for anyone who wants to keep things simple but still pretty, this lip hydrator feels lovely and moisturising on, whilst giving my lips a subtle wash of rosy pink with a touch of shimmer. It's 100% natural, with ingredients such as Beeswax, Calendula Oil, Cupuacu Seed Butter, and it also contains Vitamin E and Active Manuka Honey for further protection against the elements and an extra boost of hydration. A really good one to try if you have dry lips or just want a new natural tinted lip product to pop into your handbag.
Beauty Brews Organic Tea in Bloom
For Mums Who Appreciate High-Quality Loose Tea: Beauty Brews Organic Tea in Bloom* (50g, £9.50, link)

Open up my tea cupboard and you'll find a crazy assortment of teas from a variety of brands, most of which are organic and herbal (I'm not a fan of tea with milk!). My love of fine tea is something that I've probably inherited from my mum so I know that she'd appreciate receiving this beautiful tin of organic tea from Beauty Brews. This flavour Bloom is a warming combination of Apple, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Cloves and Cinnamon - really quite different and full of flavour. It comes in a cute tin so there's no need to wrap it, and is something that can be reused as Beauty Brews now stock handy refill bags. To get an idea for some of the other flavours in their range, you can check out my previous review of Beauty Brews' Poise, Peace and Balance teas here.
Trilogy Limited Edition Body Beautiful Gift Set
For Mums Who Love A Luxury Pamper: Trilogy Limited Edition Body Beautiful Gift Set* (£20, link)

I featured a couple of pampering treats in Part One of this Gift Guide, but I couldn't help squeezing in an extra one in here because I think this is such a great value for money set from one of my favourite natural brands, Trilogy. Inside the Limited Edition Body Beautiful Gift Set, you'll find two pampering bodycare products; a 100ml Botanical Body Wash and a full-size Pure Plant Body Oil which is a brand new release from Trilogy and is worth £15.50 on its own. The  Botanical Body Wash is SLS-free, gentle on the skin and smells uplifting and fresh, whilst the Pure Plant Body Oil is a fantastic fragrance-free body oil that's suitable for sensitive skin, and particularly beneficial to help reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Reed Diffuser
For House-Proud Mums: Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Reed Diffuser* (£15, link)

If you're shopping for a house-proud mum, you could treat her to a new reed diffuser composed of natural and essential oils. Pacifica sell a range of them in different fragrances which all come beautifully packaged, and the bottles themselves have a pretty print adorned onto them. This particular scent Indian Coconut Nectar is inspired by exotic, faraway destinations (think crisp white sands, fresh coconuts and bright blue skies) and features notes of Coconut and Creamy Vanilla for a warming, sweet and comforting fragrance. The set comes with seven reeds which gently disperse the natural fragrance into the air which scents a living room within an hour. They last for up to 6 months so it's a gift that keeps on giving!

If you missed Part One of my Mother's Day Gift Guide, you can check it out here :)
