The Concealer Stash

Tuesday, 25 March 2014

If there's one single makeup item that I absolutely can't live without, it's concealer.  It can hide a multitude of sins if you've been burning the candle at both ends, and it can give you a big confidence boost if your skin isn't quite looking its best for whatever reason.

The weather this weekend has been gloriously sunny, so I took full advantage and spent it with my friend Sophie in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, eating far too much local cheese and walking her dogs.  Now that I'm back home, I'm looking forward to a spot of pampering with a long bath.

Haircare Review: Naked Volume Body Building Shampoo & Weightless Conditioner

Sunday, 9 March 2014

I've had great success with Naked's SLS free haircare range, and currently have their Brunette Radiance duo and Detox Shampoo on the go in my bathroom.  However, with the recent change in the seasons, I've found that my hair has been struggling to retain any kind of volume, so I thought I'd try out Naked's Volume duo to give it some extra oomph.

Haircare Review: Leonor Greyl Shampooing Creme Moelle De Bambou & Tonique Vegetal

As a general rule of thumb when it comes to haircare, I tend to stick with a good quality but budget friendly shampoo, and then splash out a bit more for things like hair treatments and masks.  So when high end French brand, Leonor Greyl, sent me these two products to try out, I was curious to see whether they were worth the extra money or not.
